Great location
Pros:

Location is great, it's right across Greenbelt 4/5 and the shopping and financial districts. The area is relatively safe and walkable, close to parks and dining districts.

Cons:

Additional foldable bed for a child at P1,000++ for a one-bedroom unit that accommodates more than three people is a bit much.

I am still happy with my stay.
Pros:

Tired needs updating. But it’s clean, staffs were friendly and available to help. Location is great.

Cons:

Aircon was not that cold, bed was not comfortable. Elevator was under repair that we had to call to get to the ground floor.

Pros:

It is centrally located in the business and shopping district of Makati. There are so many restaurants nearby, including a bakery next to the entrance of the hotel.

Cons:

The elevator was not working. It was huge hassle calling the front desk every time that you need to go down.

The bldg is old, the elevator is only one and is manually operated by an operator. The hot and cold shower didn't work.

Recommended budget honestly very good accommodation in Macati by Geembelt
Pros:

I visit this place already 6 years at least 10-12 stays yearly. Very central safe and low budget. For this price all is ok.

Please fix the elevators…!!!

A decent and good stay.
Pros:

Great location -- Greenbelt is an excellent area and close to shops, malls, restaurants, convenient stores, laundry mat.
Friendly and respectful staff.

Cons:

Guests should have been informed that only one elevator is functioning. It would have given customers a chance to look at other possible options.

Pros:

We basically booked this hotel to be closer to the airport to walk around Greenbelt and Ayala museum for our flight, but didn't stay the night, just needed a breather before the late airport checkin at 8pm. For the price it was exactly what we needed to store our luggages and explore another part of the city before heading out.

Cons:

The elevators are a nightmare. It's an old building, so you'd have to call to have the elevator come up to your floor. It's also quite outdated, so I wouldn't stay overnight, but if you're on a budget, this could be a decent stay.
