A lovely hostess in a potentially lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent high quality breakfast freshly cooked. The hostess Jane was very kind, helpful and generous.

Cons:

Maybe our only disappointment was the scaffolding around the property about which we had been notified beforehand. It spoilt what is otherwise a lovely property.

Pros:

Ignore the scaffolding - a friendly welcome awaits
Pros:

A last minute option. Hotel located outside Kings Lynn. Ample parking. Friendly welcome. Unpretentious very clean room and bathroom with all necessary bits and bobs for an overnight stay. Very generous tea tray biscuit and chocolate assortment. Although very quiet every effort was made to make me comfortable - enjoyed the chat :) Particularly enjoyed breakfast.

Friendly accommodating owners, everything we needed in a convenient location, plus cats
Pros:

Friendly easy going owners, happy to talk about anything including history of area and things to do.
Full breakfast options, cooked full english customised and cooked to order, continental, cereals, fruits, yoghurt with easy timings.
The cats were a big win for our children.
The location was suitable as we had a car, so most things within 15 mins drive, shops, beach, parks and some of the local attractions

Cons:

Can't really say anything bad,
