Great value!
Pros:

Have stayed at The Seven Seas many times. When I have things to do in the city I find it good because it's economical, parking the car is easy, then I can get around on public transport. There is a bus that can get you in to the city or the light rail. But, for that matter, it's a ten minute walk to the rail interchange. The staff are always super friendly, the beer is cold and food is great. The rooms are spacious and always have crockery, cutlery, kettle and microwave, which is good for me because I always bring my own brekkie. There is also a communal kitchen which is basic and a guest balcony where you can enjoy your beverage and see the harbour. This is in no way luxury accommodation, but beds are always comfy and clean, and the price is great. Oh, and if you have mobility issues, there is a big staircase and no elevator.

Cons:

On this last visit there was only one of the two bathrooms open, which means one shower and one loo for everyone. Also, the bench in the shower recess was broken from the wall and just lying on the floor with no attention. Hoping it's fixed next time I'm there.

A great little spot for an overnighter

The location us great for what it is, the bar is literally downstairs, and the food is amazing. You have to try their pizzas!

Simple place to rest, things missing in the kitchen for cooking and music can echo through the floor easy

Beautifully clean and the bed was glorious.

The bolts on dorrs in the bathroom were busted and anyone could have just pushed through. No ABC or SBS free to air on telly
