A+ performance by Hotel San Miguel and its team members!
Pros:

Hotel San Miguel stands out for several reasons, especially its location, the venue itself and the helpful and friendly staff members.

It is wonderfully central, right in the heart of Santiago’s atmosphere and close to the finish and the city’s beautiful historic buildings and old-world charm.

After an extremely long day on the Camino, the last thing one wants is another long walk to find the hotel, food, explore the town, or return to one’s accommodation. San Miguel made all of that effortless. It is also ideally positioned in a quiet area, which makes sleep a joy!

Another standout were the team members, Jorgé and Luisá, who very helpful, friendly, speak good English, and, yeah, made things a lot easier.

The quality of the bed is great and the rest of the room, including the bathroom, well designed and modern with old-world surroundings when you open the window and step onto the balcony.

Pros:

What a wonderful place to stay after days of hiking!! Convenient to everything in the old town area. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. The deluxe room is worth the money if you’re the type that likes to sit, talk and sip wine.

Oasis in the City Centre

The location is perfect, a little oasis in the city, off one of the main pilgrim entrances into the city this hotel offers a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere to enjoy Santiago! Plenty of space indoors and out to spend a relaxing time!
