Our room was very clean and comfortable and had a lovely little sun porch with table and chairs at which to have our morning coffee looking at the beautiful churches at the plaza. There was also a beautiful garden courtyard where we sat and had coffee with our Camino friends our last morning in Santiago. It was so peaceful!

Not much to complain, 15 euro breakfast that is not really worth it (mostly cereal, fruit, bread, and thats it)
Nos ha encantado el Hotel San Miguel, súper bien ubicado, cómodo y todos los detalles se veían muy bien cuidados, el personal súper amable y con ganas de apoyar o aconsejar. La habitación preciosa con la pequeña terraza interna, seguro volveremos :).
Lo único quizá a mejorar es la presión del agua en la ducha, que la hemos sentido algo baja, por lo cual dificultaba un poco lavarse el cabello (que yo tengo mucho),

Staff was wonderful, location was great
I found bedbugs in my bed in the middle of the night. I woke up and called reception and they were fully booked and unable to move me to another room. I have emailed twice now and messaged in Booking and no one has followed up with me about the BEDBUGS! I am asking for a full refund because this is crazy for a hotel room.
