Dana luxury huts

We spent two amazing nights at Dana luxury huts. The property actually is on the starting point of the Dana hiking trail, which was extremely convenient for us. The place is beautiful and clean, with an amazing view on the mountains (and sunset), the beds are very comfortable, the shower is hot with good pressure, and the food served is delicious. Everything was perfect to rest from the daily hikes and visits. The greatest strength of this accommodation is still probably the owner/staff who are exceptionally nice and were here to help with any question and issue we had, from giving advice on what to see in the region to helping maneuver our car in the mountain road, through booking a cab to join a trail further away and getting some breakfast to go on the morning of our departure. We are delighted and grateful for our amazing stay here!

The location is unmatched. The views of the Dana Valley are so overwhelming. As a resident of California, this is the closest you get to a view similar to Yosemite Valley outside Yosemite. Of course with less vegetation due to lower raindrop in this area. The cottages are great to stay in. Very comfortable. They have nice comfortable beds and enough furnishing with hot showers and full bathrooms. The food was great and convenient to find few steps from the room. The whole place is run by family and you can feel the attention to details as this family takes care of the whole operation. Breakfast was great typical Jordanian breakfast with homey feel to it. Suleiman, the son of the owner took care of all the details. They provided complimentary tea and coffee any time of the day. The big highlight of the trip for us was the hike with our personal tour guide, Ahmad. Ahmad took us to a 3-hour tour of the Dana Reserve in a loop encountering all different parts of the valley. My son, 23, and daughter, 21, and I enjoyed every minute of the hike. Ahmad shared a lot of information and stories through his many years of guiding hikes and tours in the area. He was funny and we felt like we knew him for many years. The managish (homemade bread with local olive oil and zaatar) with the black tea he made on wood fire were super tasty. At the end if the trip we felt that Ahmad was a family. We will definitely go back. Also we want to take other hikes with Ahmad in areas outside the Dana Valley.

Everything was great, room was clean, view was wonderful and the staff were amazing, especially Ahmad and Suleiman they were very helpful and friendly.

Logement parfait avec une vue magnifique ! Les hôtes ont été très attentionnés et les repas sont délicieux. Je recommande à 100% la randonnée dans la vallée de Dana guidée par Ahmed qui a été adorable, c’était très intéressant de découvrir cette région avec lui !

I had a wonderful time at Dana Luxury Huts, a hotel run by a group of unemployed university siblings. Every detail reflects their dedication and passion. The rooms are spotless, and the views over Dana Nature Reserve are breathtaking. The family prepares all the food themselves, and they even allocate leftover meals to the cats and dogs in the area. This place truly combines warmth, beauty, and exceptional values. I highly recommend supporting this place, as it helps sustain this family, the students, and the animals as well.🐈🐈

We stayed for two nights at Dana Luxury Huts and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences we’ve had in Jordan.

We joined the Wadi Ghuweir trail with Suleiman, an amazing guide who was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also a talented chef. He prepared for us a traditional local dish the same way the Bedouins of Dana used to cook many years ago.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home thanks to the warm hospitality and genuine kindness. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were very clean, and every detail was thoughtfully cared for. On the second night, we also enjoyed a horseback riding trail through the stunning landscapes of Dana, which made the experience even more unforgettable.

This is truly one of the best places to stay in Jordan, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for nature, peace, adventure, and authentic hospitality.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft. Der Blick von der Unterkunft war einzigartig. Einen besonderen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber und unseren Guide Ahmad, der immer gut gelaunt war und uns vieles zur Geschichte und der Tier- und Pflanzenwelt im Biosphärenreservat Dana erzählt hat und uns ein leckeres Mittagessen bei unserer Tour gekocht hat.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous étions tristes de repartir et espérons revenir un jour.

We went to a tour with a local guide names Ahmed, he is 10/10! He is very strong, good cook and good personality!

great location, clean

Fantastic location: at the edge of the Dana valley just outside the edge of Dana village. The location offers breath-taking views of the cascading peaks across the western horizon.

Room: Our room (family room) was adequately furnished and was spacious enough for our family of 4 (2 boys aged 10). Beds were very comfortable, and bathroom was modern and extra clean.

Food: Breakfast and dinner (I recommend opting in) were made up of traditional Jordanian dishes and they without a doubt exceeded my initial expectations.

Hosts: The warmth and generosity our host Suleiman afforded us will stay with us for a long time. our guide on the hike (Ahmad, arranged by Suleiman) was extremely nice with our kids and made their guided walk even better than it was. I thank you guys very much for making our trip a real joy.
