A truly excellent stay. The location is the standout feature — Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah is just a short walk from the Haram, which made it incredibly convenient for prayers throughout the day without needing transport. Coming back to a comfortable room after each visit to the mosque made the whole trip much more relaxing.

Special thanks to Shakir and Irfan from room service — both were extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their attentiveness made a real difference throughout the trip.

The hotel itself felt modern and well-maintained, and the proximity alone makes it one of the best choices for anyone visiting Madinah. Highly recommend for pilgrims and travelers who want to be close to the Prophet’s Mosque without compromising on comfort.

السرير مرتفع جداً وغير مريح وكذلك الوسائد ،
طلبنا وجبه للغرفه وكانت تكرم النعمه ،
تعامل موظف الاستقبال حين طلبنا خروج متأخر س2 ظهراً .
مع ان تسجيلنا كان س11 مساءًا ،
