الفندق نظيف و الديكور ارابيسك عجبني.الفندق قريب جدا من المسجد النبوي. وفي المنطقة الشماليه كل شي حولك من مطاعم وكافيهات ( مركز الشطة. مركز طيبة. ومطاعم متنوعه عند بوابة 341. وموظفي الاستقبال سلسين بالتعامل. سأكرر الاقامة بإذن الله.

والموظفين والمدير الجميع في الفندق متعاونين ومرحبين بالضيوف ويبذولون كل جهدهم لإرضاء النزلاء في الفندق

Excellent hotel with great staff. We would love to go back and stay at the Sofitel.
Pros:

The property has an excellent location, steps from the Haram. The staff, especially the reception staff and housekeeping were great. Our every request was accommodated promptly. That is why we changed our reservation for the second leg of our visit to return to Sofitel rather than another hotel we had previously booked.

The room size could have been a bit better, but it was very comfortable.
