Das Park Plaza Lodge ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel in Los Angeles und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sicheren und angenehmen Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Parkmöglichkeiten: Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Die Zufahrt wird nachts durch Schiebetore gesichert, die ab Mitternacht geschlossen werden. So steht das Auto sicher. Auch das Hotel selbst ist am Abend nur noch mit der Zimmerkarte zugänglich.

Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Pool, der nach einem langen Tag in Los Angeles perfekt zum Abkühlen ist.

Direkt im Hotel befindet sich außerdem das Attitude Café, das wir für ein leckeres Frühstück absolut empfehlen können.

Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: In etwa zehn Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß The Grove, eines der schönsten Einkaufszentren in Los Angeles, sowie den berühmten Original Farmers Market.

Für uns war das Park Plaza Lodge eine rundum gelungene Wahl und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Pros:

Доброжелательность персонала, один из сотрудников даже пришел сообщить, что я забыла выключить фары в машине.
Бесплатная парковка-огромный плюс.
Вкусная вода на ресепшене.
Колонка с успокаивающей музыкой. Лампа с регулирующим светом.
Единственный отель, который взял депозит кэшем. Это было приятно!

Cons:

Слышимость невероятная, стены из картона, если любите тишину, вам точно не сюда.
Полы скрипят , двери тоже.
Воду принесли только в первый день.
Кровать очень пружинила.

Great room, but a little room for improvement
Pros:

Location was good and staff was friendly

Cons:

The TV would not connect to the WiFi, so no streaming. Shampoo and conditioner seemed to both be shampoo.

Good location
Pros:

Great location, walkable to the Grove , Farmers Market, and other spots. Staff very friendly. Room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

The bed was quite uncomfortable; way too firm. Bathroom door would not close properly. Bathroom itself was large but with no place to set toiletries. The room decor was tasteful and unique, but felt not very functional.
