Don’t look anywhere else, this is the place to stay.
Pros:

I love absolutely everything about this hotel, I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I visit LA and would recommend to everyone, it has such a lovely feel about it, the staff are all fabulous and make you feel so welcome! The rooms are gorgeous and the fresh water with lemon has been delicious! The location is just fantastic being right by the grove for all the shops and great food and atmosphere and great bus routes.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with nice pool .The room was very nice with a great shower . Nice decor and very comfortable with a sofa as well as the bed .

Cons:

The TV kept losing the signal but the staff wernt too interested .The door to the bathroom was a sliding door but it didn't go all the way so there was gaps either side so really not private at all .

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und die Lage war top. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super und es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Hotel.

Cons:

Da es an einer Hauptstraße liegt, hat man abends noch ein wenig den Verkehr gehört. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Es lagen sogar kostenlose Ohrstöpsel auf den Nachttischen.

Schon beim 1.Betreten des Hotels war ich begeistert von der Ausstattung. Und auch die Zimmer waren schick, ausreichend groß, und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir kamen 4Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check in und dachten wir können nur die Koffer abstellen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang machte sich aber direkt auf den Weg zum Zimmer um nachzuschauen ob wir schon rein können. Damit haben wir nicht gerechnet, aber uns natürlich sehr gefreut.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
