The staff was extremely helpful, they even offered us to leave our luggage there while we were waiting for check in to open, so we could walk around the city, and because our flight was early in the morning and we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel, they prepared a to go breakfast bag for us. The rooms were tidy, the instructions for the autonomous check in were very clear and they respond pretty quickly to questions on WhatsApp. The hotel is relatively close to bus stops and you can get around the city easily. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again if I found myself in Bergamo.

Piękny apartament z dużą ilością miejsc doi spania- idealny dla rodziny. Wszystko czyste, aneks kuchenny z najpotrzebniejszymi rzeczami.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dobre włoskie śniadanie. Codziennie pieczony chleb. Woda dostępna 24 godziny na dobę. Czyste pokoje, przestronne łazienki, wygodne materace. Rano wyjeżdżaliśmy z hotelu, przed przed śniadaniem, to w naszym pokoju czekały łakocie i pyszne ciasto na drogę.
God central beliggenhed på hovedgaden og tæt på stationen for bus og tog.
De havde kun et adgangskort til 4 personer, ingen vinduer på værelset der kunne åbnes og en aircon der ikke rigtig virkede optimalt.
Der var en jern trappe hos naboen og os, men de tog ikke hensyn til at den kunne høre i nabo værelset så ikke meget søvn man fik under opholdet.
Meget kedelig morgenmad, lys brød, mere kage end udvalg på forskelligt brød og ost og en masse bananfluer på maden.
What impressed us most was the helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring staff. I would especially like to thank the manager, Antonio, for his help and patience. He assisted us with parking and our luggage, helped us find our way around the city in the evening, and recommended a wonderful place for dinner.
We were also very impressed by the breakfast, both by the wide variety of food and, once again, by the exceptionally courteous service. We have not experienced this level of hospitality in Germany for a long time, so it was a very pleasant surprise.
The hotel is located right in the city centre. The funicular to Città Alta is within walking distance.
The hotel also has a cozy inner courtyard.
The hotel is very well maintained, the beds are comfortable, and everything is impeccably clean.
We would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Bergamo.

The staff were lovely, however we found a toe nail in our bed and also we were charged when leaving for water etc in the fridge with no prior notice this has to be paid for and wasn't free.

w pokoju z antresolą okna pod sufitem, bez możliwości otwarcia. niedało się też wyjrzeć przez okno. żaluzje zaciagnięte, więc nie bylo swiatła dziennego. kawiarka na antresoli, łazienka (woda) na dole. dla 3 osób jeden fotel wciśnięty pod schodami. malo komfortowo, a w opisie pokój określony jako apartament.
