★★★★☆ Angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber einige Dinge sollten überprüft werden
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in La Castellana in Bergamo. Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert. Positiv war auch die Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch aufzubewahren.
Allerdings gab es einige kleinere Mängel, die aus unserer Sicht überprüft und behoben werden sollten: Der Toilettendeckel war defekt, der Zahnputzbecher war beschädigt und beim Wasserhahn am Waschbecken spritzte das Wasser in verschiedene Richtungen.
Wir haben diese Punkte direkt am Morgen nach unserer Abreise dem Gastgeber mitgeteilt, damit sie für die nächsten Gäste überprüft und gegebenenfalls in Ordnung gebracht werden können.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Mit der Behebung dieser kleinen Mängel könnte der Aufenthalt allerdings noch angenehmer sein.

Great location, close to the city centre. And overall, a nice hotel and room.

Cons:

- The bathroom door didn't close properly and the bathroom overall wasn't very clean, there was also a big water stain above the shower
- The reception staff didn't seem very friendly
- The kettle and cups were upstairs, but the tap was downstairs, which was quite inconvenient
- TV remote didn't work

Wir würden wieder das Hotel buchen
Pros:

Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft im Hinterhof gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr gut und die Frau von der Rezeption sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist toll direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Tolle Läden direkt vor der Türe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Es wurde immer frisch wieder aufgefüllt.

It was very nice, but the hotel needs to work on the breakfast
Pros:

The room was really nice and clean.
The bathroom is big.
The hotel is located in the old town and it's close to a lot of spots from the town.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.
The parking is not very close to the hotel, you need to walk around 600 meters to arrive to it.

Repetiria sin duda!!
Pros:

Nos alojamos 7 amigas y fue todo excelente.Ademas nos dejaron 2 parkings para los coches ( a 12 euros cada uno) y eso nos resulto muy comodo.
El personal super amable y el desayuno de 10 o mas!
