The bed was big and comfortable. The building looks old and nice and the interiour garden looks great. The location is great next to everything
No hot water when we arrived so we had to shower with cold water.
No reception after 10 pm so you cannot fix anything after that time
One lady at the breakfast seemed very annoyed she had to do her job. She kept rolling her eyes when we asked for stuff. The breakfast was decent. All in all, a bit too expensive for what is offering

Parcarea departe de hotel.o doamnă de la bucătărie agresivă verbal , în rest personalul amabil!Micul dejun Ok. Lipsa geamurilor care se puteau deschide, trebuia folosit AC mai tot timpul! Și niște reguli puțin ciudate ( nu folosi ușa aia, stai la micul dejun unde spun ei) in rest ok !
Mooie en nette kamers op een centrale locatie in de nieuwe binnenstad van Bergamo. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes gedecoreerd. Ontbijt is Italiaans (=zoet) maar wel voldoende.
Allereerst klopt de prijs niet: bij de totaalprijs komt nog de toeristenbelasting. Dat hoort bij de totaalprijs vermeld te worden. Nu staat het alleen in de kleine lettertjes van later gestuurde e-mail. Niet correct. Het is geen hotel maar een aantal appartementen in een buurt met een centrale receptie. De parkeerplaats van het hotel is 5 minuten lopen van het hotel en het hotel is niet bereikbaar met de auto vanwege een milieuzone (ZTL).
Lovely Italian hotel in the perfect location for exploring Bergamo. The room was full of character and my daughter loved the mezzanine level with her bed! The staff were so friendly and helpful and were able to advise us of best places to go (also providing us with a map) and managed to arrange us a taxi on our last day to the airport. The breakfast was generous with lots of various dishes to choose from (cereal/yogurt/bread/croissants/pastries/omlette (cold spanish style) with varius meats/hot drinks).
Us Brits seem to like a brew don't we! Although a kettle was provided, there were no tea bags or milk in our room (there was coffee and brown sugar). That said the staff were happy to provide us with what we needed on request so it was not a problem in the end but worth mentioning.
Śniadania jak na Włochy - całkiem obfite, były nie tylko słodkości, ale i wędlina, sery, jajka, przydałoby się więcej warzyw.
Przydałoby się więcej okien w pokoju 😂 w nocy ciągle coś buczało zza ściany, nie wiem co to było, jakby klimatyzacja w innych pokojach, może rury, ciężko powiedzieć
