Pablo at the front desk is amazing! He provided Super helpful, considerate, friendly, professional, excellent service. All front desk staff were friendly, helpful, kindly held door for us. The rooms are very tasteful and the beds comfortable. The executive suite is very nice with the extra couch/tv/desk. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast that comes with the stay is very tasty and a lot of selection for many dietary needs. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful grove and the wait staff are very courteous and professional. Room service was fantastic as well.

Cons:

The first room I had been assigned - junior suite showed an described a second bed/sofabed in the picture/booking.com ad but upon arrival, it was just a king size bed and no sofa. The room still worked for us. The second stay, I had the executive suite and that matched perfectly with my expectations. The ability to purchase additional water above the 2 free water bottles per day would be nice - even from reception something as we found we needed more water since we cannot drink from the taps here. We could not wash the disehs as there was no dish soap/wash cloth/towel. Having a kitchen towel in the kitchen would be nice as well to dry hands after using kitchen sink when preparing food. I had to ask for a bath mat and hand towels as they were not left in the junior suite when we arrived. Everything else was amazing and these are only tiny little areas for improvement. The staff are wonderful and the place is comfortable, relatively quiet and nice to relax and feel safe. One more suggestion would be to leave a card in Spanish and English or even just spanish that shows how to operate the heating/cooling system. We just opened and shut the window for air as we didn't know how to use the system and couldn't find instructions in the room.

Hotel muito charmoso
Pros:

Tudo muito bom. Quarto e banheiro grandes, bem equipados, tudo de ótima qualidade. O quarto é separado da sala, propiciando uma acomodação mais confortável. Hotel muito charmoso e localização muito boa, próximodo do shopping Mariscal, parques de quiosques de gastronomia e do passeo das carmelitas. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos, com destaque para o senhor Pablo da recepção, e atendentes do café da manhã. Café da manhã completo e muito bom na variedade e qualidade.

Cons:

O restaurante é razoável, preços caros e só vendem água mineral gourmet.

Adoramos o hotel e as pessoas, voltaríamos com certeza!!
Pros:

Quarto grande e confortável! O quarto tem anexo uma mini cozinha, com microondas, chaleira elétrica , o que possibilita tomar um chá, café e lanche, além de poltronas confortáveis e televisão. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e gentis. O restaurante do hotel oferece pratos muito bem feitos a um preço justo. O café da manhã é saboroso e variado, servido num salão com vista para um lindo jardim.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo! Ótimo custo-benefício.
