Clean, Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Homefort at S Residences. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay during my trip.

One thing that stood out was the friendliness of everyone in the building. From the security personnel to the housekeeping staff, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional.

While it's a little farther from SM Mall of Asia compared to some nearby residences, the walk is still very manageable. The building's facilities are also clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better.

I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Pros:

Great location - walking distance from MOA and Ikea. Room is spacious. Staff really nice, can message them anytime and they reply promptly. Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

Some concerns (leaking faucets) but were promptly acknowledged by staff. Also, mobile signal is very weak in the area so it may be a consideration

Pros:

I like the location as it's near the MOA and theres a grocery nearby and some fast foods

Cons:

I contact the inhouse personnel regarding the bathroom smelled like a cigarette smoke. We requested if we could get a new room but all thwy did was spray the room with refreshner. The smell didnt go away till the day we checked out.

Location near Moa

Cons:

internet on and off, we requested cooking equipment we stayed 4 days so atleast a rice cooker but despite several follow-up nothing was provided which we just truly understand they could have atleast replied if it's not allowed..bed area was warm also because it did not reach the air-conditioning.. over all our stay is okay

In the middle of nowhere. Awful view - just a wall of air con. One place to sit in the room was an ottoman, which was so old you felt every spring. At that I left. Within 5 mins of being in the room. I only stayed that long to find somewhere else. Went to the Eton Mini Suites - same price last minute and exquisite. Right in the middle of Makati. I don't know who this would suit. They really should warn people about the view. Or put stained glass in as a feature. But PLEASE RENEW THE FURNITURE ONCE ITS DEAD!
