The perfect hotel for Sapa
Pros:

I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. It was perfect for after the Hi Giang loop. The beds are comfortable, pillows are perfect and facilities are spotless! The staff here are spot on too - they are very accommodating and polite - they didn’t put a foot wrong during our whole stay. The location is close to perfect too, the popular spas are basically walking distance. The food they serve also does the job.

Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to the centre and restaurants.

There is also motorbike parking for your bike.

Room and bathroom were both furnished well

Cons:

Room was a bit small but then again this is one of the cheaper hotels in Sapa.

Le personnel est adorable, l’hôtel est très calme ! On devrait faire un trek de 2 jours à Sapa et ils ont bien voulu garder notre sac en attendant notre retour, c’est très gentil merci

Perfect for a short stay in Sapa
Pros:

Great quiet location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Close enough to the centre/train etc, we even walked to Cat Cat Village and it was an enjoyable walk.

Personnel agréable

Cons:

L’emplacement : 90 marches et rues très pentues du centre ville à l’hôtel.
La présentation et les avis booking ne sont pas fiables : ni téléphone, ni télévision, ni penderie ni armoire dans la chambre.
Petit déjeuner très moyen à 7h30 seulement.
Vue sur des maisons et un chantier.

Nice property if we were given the right room.
Pros:

Loved the location and outdoor garden area. Nice dining room area also.

Cons:

We booked a queen room and were given a room with a bed that felt smaller than a double bed.

Cons:

Host gave me wrong information about Sa Pa trekking and I missed it. And very noisy with water pump. You can’t get any sleep. Host was more interested in drinking and smoking rather to see the issues
