La vue vue sur les pyramides était très agréable. Le perosnnel a été d’une grande gentillesse. Merci à eux pour leur accueil.
En revanche l’état des chambres n’est vraiment pas correct. Les toilettes ont fuit tout le long du séjour, la baignoire était cassée, la chambre était très sale à notre arrivée. J’ai dû nettoyer moi même notre lit ….. nous avons choisi cet établissement qui paraissait très correct en photo (retouchées) mais pour le prix que nous avons payé nous nous attendions pas à avoir une chambre dans cet état.
Sans parler de la couleur de l’eau lorsque nous ouvrions les robinets….
De plus l’hôtel est situé juste en face d’un terrain de foot où les parties se jouent jusqu’à 4h du matin ……

La saleté de la chambre et les installations cassées

Pros:

A quiet and comfortable hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with good beds and furniture. Delicious and light breakfasts. Everything you need is available. The hotel is a short walk from the main entrance to the pyramids. Panoramic views of the pyramids! This is my second visit and I will definitely be back.

Отдыхал в отеле в праздник Рамадан и все следующие за ним праздничные дни в Египте. Цена качество, соответствуют удобствам в номере. Если что-то не устроит обратитесь к администратору и Вам сразу решат вопрос. Завтрак и удобство расположения к Пирамидам. Не воняет говном, как на первых линиях. Это очень важный фактор!!!

Cons:

Матрац на кровати надо поменять, он старый и скрипит, а так. Все было Ок.

Vista fantastica sulle piramidi e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Pros:

L'ubicazione dell'hotel in una via secondaria non era il massimo, ma la vista delle piramidi specialmente sulla terrazza era fantastica, la colazione era buona ed abbondante, da tenere in considerazione la differenza dei cibi occidentali e quelli egiziani, la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, il bagno era di dimensioni generose con una doccia grande.
il personale era molto cordiale nonostante la difficoltà di comunicazione hanno sempre cercato di aiutarci.

Cons:

in bagno c'era la rubinetteria che perdeva acqua, risolta provvisoriamente con un mio intervento, ma visto l'altissimo rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi lamento di niente

Relaxing and enjoyable amazing staff
Pros:

The view to the pyramids just as I wanted. The staff there went above and beyond to help with luggage handling and also recommending where to go and what to avoid.

Cons:

Shower head was broken and bathroom door handle was loose but they did send someone to fix. It is in front of an enclosed football pitch so do bear in mind that there is noise if you are sitting at rooftop but you cannot hear it from your room.

It was horrible except the View on the Rooftop-Terrace.
Pros:

The View! You look directly at the Giza Plateau with the Pyramids when you are on the Rooftop-Terrace.

Cons:

The Room was extremely loud because there is a "Social-Hotspot" for Locals right in front of the Hotel. Its always loud the windows are not helping either. I did not get a Room with a Balcony as i booked. On the third day i encountered an cockroach within the bathroom - that was when i decided to go to another Hotel. Also there was no Room-Service or cleanup at all.

Inoubliable pour une première fois en egypte .
Pros:

Omar était vraiment au service tout au long du séjour , ainsi que son collègue je pense * bassim * .
Ils ont pris soin de moi , je me suis senti comme chez moi .

Cons:

Généralement tout était bien , quand on est si bien reçu , le petites fausses note on en parle pas .
