chambre spacieuse, draps propres..
personnel pas accueillant du tout, ou plutôt indifférent à ses clients... literie épouvantable, à peu près dormir sur une planche en bois...je suis restée bloquée. pas de papier toilettes, difficile pour nous accidentaux... il y à bien un sèche cheveux, accroché au mur mais il faut se sécher les cheveux les pieds dans l'eau, on s'est dit qu'on allait profiter du voyage encore un peu. le ménage n'est pas fait pendant le séjour, serviettes non changées,, nous sommes restées trois nuis.bref pas terrible

Aside from the place but also the owner. If you are in the industry you should know how to handle you staff as well as your customers. No wonder the place turned awefuy bad. The owner itself is the problem.

Very bad smell specially the CR

The owner is not friendly, the room has a very bad smell specially the CR and when I complain they only sprayed downy which is very funny. The breakfast has only 2 options- sandwich or hotdog with rice only and we stayed for 5 days. Maintenance is zero. No service clean up on our rooms. We requested but when we arrived from daily outings no room service and the room is still not clean. No frontdesk in the evening only the guard. Do not arrived in the evening or you will sleep in the street.

AC not cold they ask us to move rooms but the AC is still the same. Toilets are rusty, water has foul smell, bed sheets has stains and pillows has black marks inside. The property was not maintained well

Honestly nothing, maybe just the location.
Breakfast was very poor, there was no hot water, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning was too noisy, we weren't given the room we reserved, one towel per person, and no daily cleaning.
Price , location (being away from extreme tourist area like Alona Beach strip) be aware of the location when booking this , I prefer this area .
Beds need upgraded .
The decor has a real holiday vibe! The reception/cafe area is very cute.
The staff was very professional and helpful. They assisted with contacting a driver to take us to the port, as we couldn't get a driver fast enought on the app "GRAB".
The smell coming from our bathroom, was terrible, making the whole room smell very very bad.
The shower water smelt like sewerage and the temperature was cold to luke warm. I was scared to have a shower. Lucky our travel companion had another room, so we could access their shower which didn't smell as bad as ours.
It is quiet far from everything and there is no swimmable beach within 5-10min walk.
Overall, I would not go back to this resort.
