Pros:

Certainement pas un 4 étoiles,
.nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel. lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne marchait pas très bien, il faisait bien trop chaud. Nous avons appelé l'accueil et mon mari est tombé sur un interlocuteur plutôt arrogant demandant à mon mari de ne pas l'interrompre alors qu'il voulait simplement lui dire que ses explications ne marchaient pas .
Lorsque nous sommes descendus à la réception il n'y avait personne.
Nous avons donc passé une très mauvaise nuit à cause de la chaleur dans la chambre.
Je l'ai signalé le matin au moment de notre départ mais je ne suis pas sûre que l'information ait été remontée à la direction.
Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter des 4 étoiles et celui ci est l'un des plus mauvais que nous ayons fréquenté. Nous ne le recommandons pas.
Je dois dire également que le restaurant n'est pas non plus à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles avec un serveur et une serveuse un peu trop décontractés.

If you are looking for some fresh air away from Paris, this is a really good place to stay
Pros:

The bedroom had air conditioning which was really enjoyable with those high temperatures, the quality of the beauty products in the bathroom was great, the coffee machine also in the bedroom. I enjoyed the pool, the jaccuzzi architecture, and the spa using selection of Sothys beauty products. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pistachio cake. I also tried the Brunch, their cake selection was really qualitative, just like the avocado toast, good service from the ladies at the restaurant and at the welcome counter. Also a great selection of spa treatments really at cutting-edge of skincare.

Cons:

There was not much bad to say really, maybe the works going on on roads in front of the hotel making access a little difficult or the ac switch in the bedroom not enabling to variate temperature, besides that all was wonderful.

Pros:

Gut gelegen, hübsche Dekoration, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, (fast) keine Klagen.

Cons:

Scrambled Egg ist schlicht ungeniessbar. Es kommt mutmasslich aus einer Tüte. Das geht besser.

Très bien, le spa au top !
Pros:

Le personnel a été très accueillant. L'hôtel était très confortable. Le spa est au top.

Cons:

La clim n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout mon séjour, et c'était la canicule à Brest... La température dans la chambre était de 26, un peu trop chaude. La salle de sport n'était pas climatisée non plus, mais j'ai seulement jeté un coup d'œil.

Bel emplacement malgré les travaux sur la place qui rendait l’hôtel un peu difficile d’accès.
Chambre calme (insonorisation parfaite), bonne literie

Cons:

Le premier jour, les appareils de la salle de gym (très petite) ne fonctionnaient pas.
Le petit-déjeuner est très simple, pas possible d’avoir un œuf sur le plat + le personnel ne connait pas la moitié des produits présentés au petit-déjeuner
Pas possible de régler le thermostat de la chambre ce qui rendait l’air très sec

Très satisfaite de mon séjour. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse et silencieuse, avec une literie très confortable. La décoration, raffinée et élégante, apporte beaucoup de charme à l’établissement. L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité du centre-ville et de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour les déplacements. Une très belle expérience que je recommande vivement.

Bien mais le rapport qualité prix est à revoir
Pros:

spa et sauna gratuits

Cons:

Chambre bruyante (bruit mécanique probablement de la Clim ..) douche avec des joints claqués et qui sent l’humidité. Clim qui ne marche pas correctement.

On a bien voulu me la changé mais j’ai eu à la place une chambre avec vue sur la rue qui est en construction donc bruyante le matin … J’aurais voulu être prévenu des travaux avant mon arrivée.

Je m’attendais à mieux du petit-déjeuner vu le prix.
