Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Hotel z rewelacyjną strefą saun.
Pros:

Lokalizacja super, chociaż w najbliższej okolicy nie ma nic oprócz plaży. Bardzo dobra restauracja hotelowa. Pokoje duże przestronne i wygodne. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, duża sala śniadaniowa. Strefa saun rewelacyjna, duża komfortowa.

Cons:

Mało miejsc parkingowych, hałasy do porannych godzin, słabo wygłuszone pokoje. Późne sprzątanie, po 17:00

Lage direkt am Strand

Cons:

Die hoteleigene Strandbar beschallt Hotel und Ort mit unglaublichen Bässen von 10-22, Wochenende bis 23 Uhr. Im Hotel laute Musik ab 7:30 von anderen Gästen. Das Hotel sollte sich über die Zielgruppe klar werden! Ballermann oder gehobene Klasse. Aktuell unprofessionelle Ballermannabsteige zum Luxuspreis.
Bei Ankunft die 30-Minuten-Parkplätze für das Einchecken belegt. Man steht irgendwie halb illegal, um wenigsten den Check-in erledigen zu können. Parkplatz kann man während dem Buchungsprozess nicht reservieren. Im Hotel wurde uns gesagt, alles voll. Keine weitere Hilfe. Nach 2 Stunden standen aber die gleichen Autos immer noch dort, während man sich selbst mit den Automaten der öffentlichen Parkplätze herumärgert.
Lobby und Rezeption eher eine dunkle Höhle, es wird kein Deutsch gesprochen, auch in allen anderen Bereichen des Hotels nicht.
Drei der vier Aufzüge sind frei nutzbar mit bis zu 10 Minuten Wartezeit.
Im Zimmer störte die Lampe, welche in Kopfhöhe vor dem Spiegel hängt.
Wir sind ca. 10:30 aus dem Zimmer und ca. 18:00 zurück. Die Karte "Bitte Zimmer reinigen" an die Tür gehängt. Bei Rückkehr Zimmer nicht gemacht. Kaum unter der Dusche, klopft es an der Tür, Housekeeping. Abends um 18.30 ?!?. Internet ist langsam und man wird aller 2 Stunden aus dem WLAN geworfen, muss sich neu anmelden.
Bei Betreten des Restaurants wird man auf Polnisch begrüsst und nach der Zimmernummer gefragt. Antwortet man auf Deutsch oder Englisch, wird dennoch weiter auf Polnisch gesprochen. Nur polnische Gäste erwünscht?
Beim Frühstück mehrmals der Tisch mit halbvollen Tellern und Gläsern abgeräumt, als wir in Sichtweite nur einen Kaffee holten. Personal bemüht sich um das Buffet, aber so, dass Gäste abgedrängt werden.
Die möglichst schnelle Abarbeitung der Prozesse hat Priorität, der Gast steht gefühlt dabei nur im Weg. Dieser Eindruck ist leider überall im Hotel präsent.

Erholsamer schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Essen war ausreichend gut. Aussicht vom Café ist richtig schön. Gutes Publikum und sehr nettes Personal. Für Kinder ist viel geboten. Nur das Schwimmbad leider nicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft leider sauber. Es gab aber dafür ein Gutschein für das Café.

Lage am Strad schön, aber sehr laut. Partymeile
Pros:

Die Lage am Strand war super. Der Service war auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer Brauch ein Make-up. Die Fenster müssen bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel auch sauber sein! Leider ist es Tagsüber und Abends sehr laut am Hotel. Überall wird laute Musik gespielt. Das dröhnen vom Bass hört man auch im Zimmer. Wir würden nicht nochmal her kommen.
