Pros:

Ogromne rozczarowanie! Ten hotel zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek!

Przyjechałam do Kołobrzegu, aby świętować swoje urodziny. Wybrałam ten hotel, kierując się dobrymi opiniami, ale niestety pobyt okazał się jednym wielkim rozczarowaniem.

Zacznijmy od pokoju. Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga remontu! Wszystko jest stare, zużyte i zaniedbane. W pokoju było tyle kurzu, że musiałam zażywać leki na alergię. W łazience znajdowała się pleśń! Naprawdę trudno uwierzyć, że mówimy o hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym.

Basen? To chyba jakiś żart! Trudno w ogóle nazwać to basenem. Bardziej przypomina małą kałużę, a do tego woda jest zimna. Na zewnątrz znajduje się tylko jedno jacuzzi, do którego trzeba czekać w kolejce, żeby w ogóle móc z niego skorzystać. Sama widziałam, jak ludzie przychodzili na basen, patrzyli na to wszystko i odwracali się rozczarowani.

Śniadania to kolejna porażka. Wychodziłam z nich głodna! Ogromna liczba ludzi, tłok i kompletny chaos. Żeby dostać się do jedzenia, trzeba się dosłownie przepychać między innymi gośćmi. Przy stołach z jedzeniem momentami nie da się nawet swobodnie przejść. Zamiast spokojnego śniadania jest walka o jedzenie.

Przyjechałam tutaj, żeby miło spędzić urodziny, odpocząć i nacieszyć się pobytem w hotelu o standardzie 5 gwiazdek. Niestety rzeczywistość okazała się zupełnie inna.

Jestem ogromnie rozczarowana. Standard tego miejsca absolutnie nie odpowiada pięciu gwiazdkom. Gdybym wiedziała, jak wygląda ten hotel w rzeczywistości, nigdy bym go nie wybrała.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam!

Bliskość do plaży, super śniadania i obiady

Cons:

Strefa spa zawiodła mnie. Masaż który był wykonywany był skrócony. Żona miała być masowana przez kobietę a był mężczyzna i do tego amator. Nawet się nie przedstawił (taki gamoń z kucykiem)

Pros:

Ein super Hotel mit einer durchdachten, geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung vom feinsten.
Die eingebauten Schränke - einfach Klasse. Fallen durch die dunklen Spiegeltüren gar nicht auf.
Raffinierte Minibar, Tresor, Bügelbrett ( wer will im Urlaub bügeln 🤓)
Bodengleiche Dusche mit extra Regenshower

Extrem gute Lage. Sicht zum Meer 🧐
Kleiner Mini Balkon.
Frühstück und Abendessen exorbitant ‼️
Zu jeder Mahlzeit verschiedene äußerst schmackhafte Smoothies 😋
Sauna und Bad außergewöhnlich (sogar mit Eissauna)

Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Futonbetten, die extrem weich und vielleicht auch sehr schmal waren.
Beim Drehen hatte ich Angst raus zu fallen.
( Vielleicht war das aber auch mein individuelles Problem)
Im Bad wären noch zusätzliche Haken oder eine Stange zum Trocknen der nassen Badesachen von Vorteil..
Die Messer im Buffet sollten mal geschärft werden.

Tolles Hotel für einen Wellnesskurztrip!
Pros:

Toller Wellnessbereich, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück!!!

Cons:

Zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt von Kolberg recht weit, aber die Parkgebühren sind so gering, dass man auch gut mit dem Auto fahren kann.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für jedes Alter!
Pros:

Wir sind eine kleine junge Familie, dementsprechend ist unser Augenmerk so natürlich anders, als vorher als Paar. Der Kidsclub ist klasse für jede Altersklasse, auch schon für die Kleinsten. Der Pool ist super, alle Mitarbeitenden herausragend höflich und kinderlieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich klein, ein Kinderbett hätte nicht neben das Bett gepasst, was leider unabdingbar war, sodass wir uns das Bett teilen mussten. Geht für eine kurze Zeit natürlich. Man hätte alternativ auf das Schlafsofa ausweichen können. Sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

Lokalizacja 10/10. Piękny widok z 2 piętra. Miły gest na przywitanie gości.

Cons:

Wszystkie uwagi kieruję jako szczegóły do dopieszczenia. Brak zasłony do przeszklonej sypialni. W muszli przydałby się jakiś zapach. Za mało wieszaków na ręczniki (przy 4 osobach problem z ich rozwieszeniem. Temperatura w sypialni od strony okien nieco za niska, a ze względu na sezon przejściowy nawiewy nie grzały powietrza wystarczająco. Jeśli chodzi o śniadania to brakło mi zachwytu, momentami myślałem, że ciasta są wczorajsze bo były poprostu suche. Mały wybór słodkości do kawy. Boczek do jajecznicy, albo całkiem przypieczony, albo biedopieczony.

Warunki na najwyższym poziomie.
Pros:

Byliśmy pierwszy raz i z pewnością wrócimy. Personel cudowny, jedzenie przepyszne . Zarówno śniadania jak i kolację. Basen, sauna - wszystko czego potrzeba. Kawiarnia na samej górze z widokiem na morze no i widok na morze z okna w pokoju nieziemski.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zu schmale betten.
Fitnessraum nicht gewartet. Geräte teilweise locker. Abendessen nicht abwechslungsreich.
