Best location and best hotel
Pros:

The location is actually very nice area, close to train and taxis, it is close to centre

The room is very big , enough to accomodate 6 people

We liked the place but it was a little bit complicated due to no staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and done. We really liked the beds.

Magneficant service, great location, relaxing stay
Pros:

It was a perfect stay! Everything was clean and everything you needed was provided. They always replied promptly if I had any questions. Location was great, had transport links to everywhere we wanted to go with only a few stops away. Check - in was easy and smooth. They also provide complimentary snacks on arrival.

Cons:

There was an ironing board but no iron and there was not much space to store your items so we mostly kept them in our luggage but otherwise perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku at this apartment and found it was very convenient to the subway, train and shopping. T
Pros:

It was clean, modern and spacious enough for our family of 4. Looked just like the pictures. We liked that they provided a welcome snack and bottle of water. Nice to have a washer in unit. They answered my questions via the message portal on my booking site (but there was a delay so it would’ve been nice to have a number to call)

Cons:

There was no staff on site to answer questions and no instruction manual on how to operate washer, small appliances, tv remote. Also there were no towel racks and needed more hooks to hang our towels in the bathroom.
