Me gusta en gral el hotel pero ya van dos veces que me dan un habitación super chiquita y las dos primeras veces de dieron una habitación con balcón muy gran y bonita

Elseñor que estaba en la noche, es una persona mal educada, grosera y que no le interesa su trabajo, no es nada empático, no tiene tacto para hablar con las personas/clientes, deberían correrlo ya que es la imagen del hotel frente a los clientes.
