Pleasant Facility in the Heart of Kuta with Wonderful Staff
Pros:

Wonderful staff, specially Simbo. We received an upgrade because the A/C wasn’t working properly in the room we had booked. The new room was large, clean, and comfortable, particularly the king-size bed. The lighting was good. The bathroom had a large stone shower with plenty of hot water. It was clean. Internet service was adequate.

The breakfast was plain but good: eggs, fresh fruits, noodles, french toasts, cereals, coffee and juice.

The facility has a large, clean, and beautiful pool in a secluded garden area in the back of the property. It has lounge chairs „cabanas“, and a few umbrellas.

The location is on the main street in town. It is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. Despite this central location, the property is surprisingly quiet and the rooms are tucked away in garden spaces with statues and fountains.

Overall, despite showing some signs of age, we felt that the place was very pleasant and an excellent value. Again the staff helpfulness and quick response to our needs made our stay a very good one.

Cons:

Maybe providing tissues and cups in the bathroom. Although those would probably have been brought if we had asked.

Loved our stay! Perfect location to Kuta town.
Pros:

The location is amazing! Staff are fantastic - very friendly and always willing to help. The pool was wonderful! Great sized bedroom. Very clean and tidy. Thanks for an amazing stay! My friend and I had a great week here! We really appreciated the friendly touches like the big glass of yoghurt each morning and the smiley staff. Modest accom that was perfectly located in Kuta :)

The poolside cushions / mattress could be updated.

It was extremely nice. The rooms were good and very well climatized, the aircon works amazing. Very good amenities, and the staff were amazing. You can’t hear the chants at all, which was a relief!

Garten Traum in Lombok 💚
Pros:

Familiäres, super freundliches Personal! Wunderschöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage im balinesischen Stil/ außergewöhnlich großes Zimmer + Bad. Tischtennis, Sportgeräte! Tolle Lage, Restaurants, Shops quasi vor der Tür. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Pros:

Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist sehr ausbaufähig. Wir waren jeden Tag außer Haus essen, da uns die Auswahl und der Geschmack absolut nicht zugesagt hat.
