Filthy. 1) wash basin 2) bathroom door
3) bedlinen 4) staircase carpet full of stains and dirt, don't think it is ever vacuumed 5) No water kettle 6) shelf for plastic water tumbler/glass is fixed on the wall well above 6 feet high , not practical 7) extra pillow request is rejected and was told we need to pay by one staff and the other one said not in the hotel policy. After much persuasion, finally we got one. 8) a RM50 deposit is required but they refused to issue any receipt.
