Overall was a lovely quiet place, modern and close to train station
Pros:

Property was in a great location, quiet and not far to walk to Ueno station.

Cons:

Not suited for families with younger children if booking as a family of 6, each room is accessible through a stairwell into each room above, teenagers would be fine. Facilities were great very modern cannot fault, also the stair case is also very vertical, and no elevator, goodluck carrying heavy suitcases !!

Great location but has lots of stairs
Pros:

Quiet location with a 5 min walk to a smaller subway line or 15 min ish walk to UENO station. The rooms are gorgeous and modern. Perfect for 4 adults. The only problem is the amount of (narrow) stairs. We stayed at the top, and inside the room there were two sets of stairs to reach to the bedrooms. If you have a problem with stairs and are unable to carry your heavy luggage into the rooms, then you’ll struggle.

Cons:

The bedrooms were super spacious and each had a tv but the living area was cramped. However they had extra mattresses, and my parents just slept there instead of going upstairs. We didn’t bother bringing the luggage upstairs but luckily we only had 2 + 1 carry on. If you have anyone it’ll be a tight squeeze

從上野車站入谷口走一段距離，附近有711可以買東西吃，環境清幽，整體還不錯！可惜的點就是沒有浴缸跟洗衣機，但除了這兩個以外就沒有缺點了～
Pros:

環境很漂亮，有廚房也有微波爐可以簡單的煮個東西，住起來很舒適

Cons:

位置稍微偏遠一點，房間沒有洗衣機，住較多天的話要想一下衣服該如何處理

Pros:

Fairly central location on a bit more than 10min walk from Ueno station and about 13min to Kappabashi. All you need is present in the room.

Cons:

Our stay was fine. It felt more like an airbnb than a hotel though, with the digital check-in/out and no reception area or a front door (room door with digital number lock) on the second floor with fairly steep stairs. Cleaning could also be improved + some towel hooks in the bedroom.

- has a unique hidden tiny tatami room

The not so good
- the walkway to the inner bed, is obstructed by the wall-mounted TV, causing some inconvenience

如果情侶有一方很愛拉屎的 很適合住這間
Pros:

所在位置方便 離車站很近 房間乾淨典雅 設備豐富 要做簡單烹調應該也沒問題 馬桶跟淋浴間分開這一點大加分

Cons:

一樓隔音蠻差的 樓上跟街道上的聲音都聽得到
