Comfortable/clean apartment in a nice location.
Pros:

Location met my needs - food, transport, airport all close to the apartment.
Nice area to walk around...felt very safe even late at night. Locals very friendly.

Cons:

Apartment price for long term stay could be cheaper.

Bad Experience
Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with the experience, as the apartment we originally booked clearly mentioned having a kitchen, which was one of the primary reasons for our selection due to our family’s specific food requirements. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment did not have a kitchen at all.

Later, we were shifted to another apartment in a similar building, but that apartment did not provide the same view and experience as the one we had originally booked and paid for. Although the replacement apartment had a kitchen setup, there were no proper kitchen amenities or utensils available, making it practically unusable.

Overall, this felt like a complete misrepresentation of the property listing and a betrayal of customer trust. We specifically chose and paid for a certain type of apartment experience, but what was delivered was entirely different from what had been advertised.

Nice spacious and comfortable apartment and close to transport and shopping
Pros:

Big comfortable apartment and clean. Location was good too not far from metro and shopping centre and East Guangzhou train station.

Cons:

Some of the beds were too hard to sleep on.

What we needed
Pros:

We picked this hotel entirely for the location next to the Guangzhou east train station for an early morning train,the check in was a bit tricky as they only accept Ali pay or cash which we had neither of but there was an atm 2 minutes away so we paid cash,no English at all spoken apart from on the phone which wasn’t a problem,there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby but we opted for McDonald which was a 5 minute walk ,I would book this hotel again simply for the location and cost

L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à la gare est de Guangzhou, la chambre est spacieuse et propre par contre le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité-prix

Pros:

C'est toujours l'étape où je viens y passer mon séjour quand je participe à la foire de Canton , cette fois-ci j'ai eu une chambre plus vétuste, mais toujours propre, l'hôtel est proche de tous les commerces et de la gare de Guangzhou. Le petit plus est le lave-linge pour les lessive journalières

Cons:

La vétusté de la chambre qui aurait besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement et surtout que le frigo avait des problèmes de fermeture de porte donc avait du mal à refroidir les produits qu'on mettait à l'intérieur
