Very welcoming staff, polite and friendly. Room was much bigger than expected, well decorated and very comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with large bath and separate shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Clean comfy and accessible
Wierd how we had to drop a deposit on arrival , no other place we stayed in redditch or Bromsgrove has asked for this

Well located for our trip. Reasonably priced.
No lifts and LOTS of stairs. With heavy bags nearly impossible to reach the room. The hotel is a little on the shabby side with paint peeling and extractor fans that don’t work.
Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. Nice view overlooking the garden. Meals were very good

It was friendly and spacious with rooms to chill
Only observation was the logistics of the breakfast arrangements. The flow of traffic of guests and staff was confined to one narrow walkway in the dining room. Health and safety was compromised as people were carrying hot drinks and plates of food across the walkway to get to their tables. The breakfast was fine.
The restaurant was in a very nice room and the staff were friendly and attentive. Main course was tasty especially the chips.
Bath was very high and difficult to step out of. Possibly dangerous. Wish we had not ordered desert as these very artifical and not what we expected from the description.
Covered all I required for a overnight stay. Breakfast excellent
