carpet at the 3rd floor is peeling off and my mom tripped.
We stayed from thrusday to tuesday and breakfast was scrambled egg and turkey patty, for 5 days, on Tuesday they change it to thin ham.

On previous occasions when I stayed at this hotel, a delicious hot breakfast was provided. However, during my most recent stay, fresh fruit was no longer available. The yogurt was unappetizing. Furthermore, breakfast is no longer served at 6:00 AM as it used to be; the schedule is now listed as 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Yet, the 9:30 AM cutoff is misleading, as they begin closing down and clearing everything away by 9:00 AM—preventing guests from getting any food—so the actual window is now effectively from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Housekeeping service has also been reduced; rooms are no longer cleaned—only fresh towels are provided. Despite these downgrades, the price remains just as high; honestly, the quality has declined significantly. The kitchenette area in my room was in disrepair; although they attempted to fix the sink, it continued to make an unpleasant noise.

Cons:

I think the staff and the manager used to be much better than they are now. The hotel looks nice on the outside, but it is very cheap on the inside.

King suite comfortable
