Overall, happy with the staff as I said before they were very helpful. However, everything else I would not stay at this
Pros:

Convenient location. Staff was very courteous, kind and very helpful.

Cons:

Regarding the room, a little smaller than expected. First room had holes in the carpet. And ants all over the walls. Had issues when moving to another room. Ended up having to move a total of three times because something was wrong with each room.

Pros:

Clean friendly staff food in the same parking lot and they have breakfast

Cons:

Kinda short staff in the evenings had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because the staff had to step away from the desk but not their fault i understand

Pros:

The breakfast had some great choices. Location of the property was perfect because of close family in Poway and Scripps Ranch. The room was clean except for the note I will make in the next question. Bed was comfortable and when I needed anything staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The shower enclosure has a lot of rust around the bottom of it. To us this was not acceptable. This was very disappointing. Because of that I may not choose this hotel for my next visit.

It was ok I would book it again if I had to.
Pros:

The staff was great

Cons:

You can tell it was another hotel that needs a lot of work. When you turn the water off, you can hear the water still draining in the pipes. The fan to the bathroom sound like a motor when you turn it on.

Definitely wasn’t happy with the stay
Cons:

Originally booked for 1 king bed, then upon arrival was told “there were plumbing issues with the king rooms” and I got “upgraded” to 2 twin beds. How is that an upgrade? Then the toilet flusher was broken and water was running. Let front desk know, then I got a king room… but yet they had plumbing issues?

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, nice shower, and I liked that it was not just a regular sofa bed but a trundle.

Cons:

I did not like that there was a foul sewer order and I did not like that the toilet did not have a powerful flush! Also, my coffee maker did not work, it was missing the top part that you put the coffee grinds into. I also didn't like that the bathroom vanity wasn't bright or that you couldn't adjust the brightness.
