Ok but would probably not stay again
Pros:

The inside was nicely modernised.

Cons:

Was disappointed with the check in process. Lack of proper instructions to find our room in a big complex after dark. Discount vouchers we could have used on our first night weren’t in the envelope in the afternoon hours safe and that was the only night we went out so couldn’t use them. The bed wasn’t made up as a king bed (this was an offered option) and so just two single beds for the first night.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and did the job

Cons:

The check-in experience was quite uncomfortable. After checking in, I was asked to sit separately on a couch to “run through” the information sheet for the property. What I expected to be a quick check-in turned into around 15 minutes, to the point where my family came looking for me because they were wondering where I had gone.

During this time, I was also encouraged to attend a “timeshare dinner”, which I wasn’t expecting and found quite uncomfortable.

The resort itself has a very gated-community feel, and personally, I found the overall atmosphere a little unusual and somewhat cult-like. This may just be a matter of personal preference, but it definitely wasn’t the relaxed resort experience I was expecting.

Very nice apartment.
Pros:

A great property, very comfortable and nicely decorately with good quality furnishings. Large balcony compared to most.

Cons:

The only thing we were unhappy about is the tv and streaming situation. The TV itself was very good but it was locked down to FTA or Foxtel only. We couldn't stream from apps that we had subscriptions to. We got around this by a laptop and hdmi cable into the foxtel box. So we had to stream from our laptop which is not ideal. It took us a while to figure this out!

Pros:

Lovely modern spacious apartment, easy access to pools, nice and clean on arrival. 15min walk to beach and shops. Lovely quiet location with wallabies nearby.

Cons:

We stayed for 11 nights and would have appreciated a mid-stay clean and fresh towels
