Très agréable et déçu pour la piscine
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre

Cons:

J'ai réservé cette chambre pour une demande en mariage.
J'ai voulu payer plus cher pour pouvoir avoir une piscine et en profiter.
L'eau ne devait pas dépasser les 20°C et était tellement froide que je n'ai pas pu rester plus de 5 minutes dans la piscine.
Payer une somme si importante et ne pas avoir de piscine chauffée est très déplaisant...d'autant plus avec le contexte de demande en mariage...

Soggiorno a Santorini tranquillo a Pyrgos
Pros:

La posizione davvero molto bella, in cima alla cittadina Pyrgos. Zona super tranquilla e con una vista bellissima, tramonti stupendi e hotel situato a due passi dal castello di Pyrgos e dalla zona con le viette coi souvenirs. La colazione era alla carta ed era tutto molto buono, yogurt greco spettacolare e piatti abbondanti. La camera era grande e spaziosa un appartamento in pratica, per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato la qualità era davvero ottima. Anche il fatto di poter aver la colazione fino alle 12 era molto comodo per poter riposare e dormire un po di più! Il personale è stato gentile sempre, forse un po’ inesperto qualche cameriere della colazione ma comunque una piccolezza. La piscina aveva una vista bellissima e l’ultimo giorno avendo il volo molto tardi ho avuto anche la possibilità di fare la doccia, usare il bagno dell’hotel e asciugarmi i capelli in una stanza vuota (che era proprio la mia che avevo lasciato al check out). Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito per lasciare l’auto in una piazza sotto l’hotel, poi da lì bisognava fare 5 minuti di passeggio in salita, ma non è stato difficile o scomodo!

Struttura molto bella, ottima posizione, colazione curata molto buona .

Cons:

Siamo arrivati di notte e abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz’ora al punto di ritrovo. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dipppia invece che quadrupla e non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema. Il giorno dopo si sono scusati e ci hanno rimborsato il 50% del soggiorno.

Μια από τις πιο value for money επιλογές του νησιού
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφο με τρομερή θέα στην Καλντέρα της Σαντορίνης.
Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και συνέχεια διαθέσιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Σημαντική η βοήθεια με τις αποσκευές καθώς το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μεγάλη ανηφορική απόσταση από τον κύριο δρόμο του χωριού.
Ακόμα, το πρωινό ήταν άνω των προσδοκιών μας, ειδικά σε θέμα ποσότητας.

Cons:

Υπήρχαν μερικές αστοχίες με το δωμάτιο οι οποίες ωστόσο αντιμετωπίστηκαν όσο καλύτερα γινόταν από το προσωπικό.

Επίσης, ως 5-στερο ξενοδοχείο θα μπορούσε να διέθετε parking.

Charming historical place w new suites but not a luxury hotel
Pros:

Greatest location in Pyrgos and among the best on the island. Spacious and newly furnished room, comfortable bed, clean. Very large semi-shared swimming pool.

Cons:

This used to be a discreet, private, high-end luxury boutique hotel. It now feels more like a suite rental business. Staff at all levels all very friendly but felt unprepared/untrained, so endless glitches and changes in the service and information: Fellow hotel guests all unsure which pools were accessible for all and which were not. In-room breakfast menu only arrived randomly via WhatsApp on day three. A promised complimentary bottle of wine never arrived. Coffee capsules were not replenished in spite of multiple reminders to staff. Breakfast menu w two choices per person is a great idea but the descriptions did not match reality (contents inaccurate or missing, swapping brown/white bread…); bread basket was suddenly complimentary on day four but no-one mentioned on the first three days. When it arrived contents were dry and uneatable. For some strange reason Cappuccinos were not included and the filter coffee made in a large container and almost undrinkable (management ultimately waived the cappuccinos at checkout). Room furniture was lovely but an old fridge in room so noisy we had to switch it off during nights. All small details, all easily fixable, but for a frequent traveller makes it a 4* star experience. Sorry!
