Room was a bit dingy, there was a hole/cigarette burn in the duvet

The accommodation was spacious and in a great location with restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance.

There were no robes in the jacuzzi suite room and not enough towels, it took a long time to get towels brought. Would be nice to be able to go onto the balcony as well.

C'est le pire Best Western où j'ai séjourné. Emplacement un peu loin du centre ville (30min), manque de rénovation, vieux meublée, vielle moquette, rideaux déchirés dans la chambre et cuisine pas équipée dans les studios.
Petit déjeuner pauvre
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was so good and tasty and had a wonderful selection of fresh food and delicious hot coffee. I loved how it alternated different items daily.
The housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room properly. The garbage was not collected and the coffee was not restocked. I had to complain to the front desk.
Rooms are large. Ours had a kitchenette which was convenient for prepping food. The free breakfast was decent. Location was good for going visiting Stampede park.
The toilet didn’t flash well. You had to hold down the handle for a while for it to flash properly. It also splashes a lot if you flash while you’re on it. One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a bit of a wait to go up and down. Even the working elevator was a bit finicky. Our shower has a leak from the ceiling. The room card keeps deactivating.
