Unfortunately, our stay here was quite disappointing. We had booked for two nights but ended up leaving after one due to multiple issues with the rooms.

The first room had broken door locks and we were not provided with a key, which made it feel very unsecured. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room, but that room did not have a shower and the air conditioner would not cool below 25°C.

There were also no towels, toilet paper, or basic shower items provided in the room until we asked several times, which added even more frustration to the stay.

In the end, we actually had to move back to the first room and lock it from the inside ourselves because we had nowhere secure to leave our belongings. We then decided to check out early.

We also called and emailed the hotel to advise that we would not be staying the second night, however it was very difficult to get a response. Despite explaining the issues and checking out early, we were still required to pay the full amount for both nights, which was very frustrating considering the condition of the rooms.

On a positive note, the staff we spoke to in person were polite, but overall the hotel conditions and communication did not match what was advertised.

We moved to Hotel Maplewood Premier Haldwani afterwards and had a much better experience there.

Nothing you're fooling your customer by showing good pics but everything in that room was dirty even the bedsheet smells so bad i checkout the next day didn't avail my 2 day stay all because of your site fraud people

Cons:

Worst quality room. Max electronic boards were open and were out of order.. TV connection - no. Internet - 4G and poor. AC- not working. Window door cannot be closed. Insufficient light. Bathroom - commode leakage when jet spray is started.
