I absolutely loved my experience at Moet Cartagena. Kathaye and Esteban made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I walked through the door, and went out of their way to help me arrange transport, prepare breakfast, and greet me with kindness. The breakfast was incredible, experience was intimate and homey, but luxurious with that beautiful pool. I will be back!

The bedroom in general was pretty confortable.
I had a terrible experience with this Hotel, the hotel ran out of power at 5am (for 12 hours) in the morning in the day I needed to check out. I was forced to get out of the properly and it was really uncomfortable to know a hotel with this category has no backup power to handle these situations. I wasn't able to rest properly and when the power went out, I was able to hear employees in the kitchen talking from my bedroom which basically woke us up before we were planning to start our day.
Really bad experience with this hotel compared to other boutique hotel downtown in Cartagena.
