I am writing to formally highlight serious deficiencies in service and unfair practices experienced during my recent stay at The Bheemli Resort Managed by AccorHotels.
I had made a booking for 2 rooms through an online platform. Prior to check-in, I received a confirmation call asking about the occasion of my stay, to which I clearly mentioned that it was my anniversary. However, no acknowledgment or arrangement was made.
At the time of check-in, I was informed that all rooms were occupied and was allocated a room with an obstructed view. The staff’s behavior noticeably changed upon learning that the booking was made online, indicating discriminatory treatment.
Room & Maintenance Issues:
On the first day, the AC in the room started leaking water. Upon requesting a room change, I was informed that no rooms were available and was assured that I would be shifted the next day. However, this commitment was not honored, and no room change was provided.
Instead, temporary repair work was carried out, which took over an hour and caused inconvenience.
On the second day, despite the earlier complaint and assurance, the issue persisted. During midnight, the AC stopped cooling completely, severely affecting our comfort and making the stay highly inconvenient.
Unjustified Pet Charges:
Although I had already included a child and a pet while booking, I was charged approximately ₹6000 plus taxes for my pet for a 2-day stay. Despite this:
* Pets were not allowed in restaurant areas
* Restrictions were imposed in pool/common areas
* No amenities or services were provided for the pet
This contradicts the claim of being a “pet-friendly” property and amounts to misrepresentation.
Such conduct amounts to deficiency in service, breach of commitment, lack of transparency, and unfair trade practices. Additionally, the differential treatment of online bookings compared to direct bookings is highly unprofessional.

Resort is far away from airport and found it difficult to get a cab . Your hotel cabs charges are very high . For better customer satisfaction Pl arrange airport drop

The rooms were super clean, and the towels and toiletries were frequently changed and replenished by dedicated housekeeping staff. The Property is upfront on the Bheemli Beach, hence providing a serene view from the Balcony. The Food was way too expensive, and since no outside food was allowed, we had to go outside to have lunch and dinner. The breakfast was awesome with huge variety and freshness.
