Bad never prefer
Pros:

Worse Hotel ever seen in last 20 years of stay in Hotel. Even after booking dates change was accepted thru booking.com still they didn't honour and refused booking. We had to search for different hotel at the last moment.

Very bad experience by Fab Hotels
Pros:

Nothing. No breakfast was provided. Was charged 300 rs extra for early check-in.
Room was smelly.
Rat inside room.
No ventilation.
Dirty toilet.
