Excllent stay and would use again.
Pros:

The hotel is only a year old. The 2nd floor patio was great for hanging out. Price was good because it’s not football season as it’s right across from the Broncos stadium

Cons:

The hotel charges $35 a day for parking on site. There is limited parking on the streets around the hotel. Booking needs to update the website.

Pros:

Late afternoon/evening Staff at check-in and at the Bistro are amazing!

Cons:

I booked via Booking.com and the deal said "includes breakfast". We learned at breakfast that breakfast was not complementary. Not inconvenient but bothersome.

The neighborhood has an edge to it in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay & we asked for a quiet room and it was!
Pros:

Our clerk was exceptionally friendly, professional, warm and efficient & welcoming. Love the room, the bed linens, the nightlight in the bathroom that lights up, the layout of the room, the ease of finding plugs, the tv, the lighting above the bed and it was very clean!

Cons:

So few parking spots. But we found one.

Perfektes Stadthotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das etwas außerhalb des Zentrums gelegene Hotel bietet helle, komfortable und funktionell eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, ein großes Bad, eine eigene geräumige Tiefgarage (höhere Parkgebühren als im Stadtzentrum, aber sichere Abstellmöglichkeit), einen großen Fitnessbereich. Alles sehr gepflegt, ruhig und blitzsauber. Denver Downtown liegt zu Fuß etwa 30 - 40 min entfernt. Wenige Restaurants in der Nähe, aber gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit direkt im Hotelfoyer, angenehmer Außenbereich mit Sitzgruppen und Blick auf Denver, Stadion in unmittelbarer Nähe.
