Terrific
Pros:

Views were incredible from the room. Staff very nice at check in. Room very spacious.

Cons:

Car parking was pretty tight with a large vehicle.

The view is nice and the bedroom is clean. The location is also close to the city center.

Cons:

I find that the hotel price per night is quite expensive for the service given. There is a charge of $2 per roll — we could only have 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 3 nights. We also had to clean the bin and put everything in its own place, which is fine for an Airbnb-style service. However, my understanding when booking is that this is a hotel, and therefore the style of service feels a bit unusual compared to other hotels I visited before.

The walk to the hotel is poorly lit at night and does require a bit of an uphill walk. There was also no welcome during check-in past a certain time, which was only notified on the day of check-in itself.

Pros:

Beautiful view from our apartment at the top of the hill. We get quite fit walking up the hill to the apartment by the end of our stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay in Airlie Beach
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this complex. Our spacious and comfortable apartment had a magnificent ocean view and was well located, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the oceanfront lagoon pool. We also enjoyed the pool, spa and onsite bar.
