Sjarmen over det som syntes å ha vært en gammel storhet (hotellet)
Frokosten. Kjempelav effektivitet. Klarte ikke å rydde bordene, på tross av ikke altfor mange gjester. Folk måtte vente. Begrenset med krus, førte til at gjester måtte drikke fra pappbeger. Enkelte av personalet sur. Varme glass. Varm juice.
Skittent laken. Mye urent generelt.

Upon checking in we were given a room that was already occupied. When going back into the reception area we were met with 6 others who were also assigned rooms that were already occupied. Felt very uneasy and unsafe about being in the room & leaving belongings in the room following this.
I like everything. The hotel manager, Mr Rajoriya, was exceptionally professional, attentive, helpful and courteous. The lady at the reception, Tolloo, was so kind and very helpful, too. I would definitely recommend The Crown, and I shall surely go back again and again.

I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room. London is so hot in summer, and it would be so helpful to keep food and drinks in cold and fresh.

No water in the room and no bath mat in the bathroom so many times I slipped after getting out of the bath.
Hôtel excentré mais très bien desservi par les bus et le métro. Beaucoup de commerces autour (fast food, street food, supermarché, petits magasins de bazars..) Personnel très très gentil, soucieux du bien être des clients. Le petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Chambre agréable, spacieuse pour une famille de 4
Le ménage était fait chaque jour mais pas en profondeur entre les clients (saleté sous les meubles et entre les meubles..)
I used to like this hotel - it was shabby former-grand, but was serviceable and the staff was adequate. Alas, no longer.
The hotel is now just completely dilapidated and left to disintegrate. It's dirty, it smells bad and thw rooms are just rotting. There were clearly sex workers present and the staff consisted of two very young, scared and broadly inadequately trained people. Avoid.
Very accessible to public transport, so good location. Hotel rooms clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the large reception area/foyer.
Internet connection/WiFi wasn't great at all im hotel rooms, breakfast was not hot when I got it from buffet. Cold breakfast options were good but limited.

Breakfast was below expectations. Hot food was like warm, bacon undercooked, fresh fruit salad had a strange taste .
Room was excellent.
Swimming pool was not available and the gymn was very poorly stocked and looked neglected.
