Won’t be staying there again
Pros:

Friendly staff, polite and friendly

Cons:

Had 2 bedrooms and both front door to the bedrooms had holes in them! You could literally look in to the bedroom from the hallway and I only realised as I was packing up! What the hell? Both rooms!
Carpet was dirty and showers were not great, ages to heat up then water boiling.
Not signal! WiFi is bad and we had literally not access to the outside world from our rooms!

Pros:

Everything was excellent the Crown Hotel was very clean and comfortable the staff very helpful and courteous especially Amber in reception .

A beautiful hotel with great location for Wembley.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with an exceptional listed pub connected, we was very impressed. Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if attending a concert at Wembley Stadium as the location was very good.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Location was decent for Wembley stadium and this could be a little gem but unfortunately to many downsides

Cons:

The food in hotels was terrible
Room and bathroom very unsightly ie stains all over walls and ceilings
Very understaffed and basically don’t have a clue
