The room was lovely - very comfortable and well equiped.

Perhaps a sign on the lift buttons which says 'reception'?

We liked our comfortable, spacious room and the fact that the hotel had its own underground car park.
The air-conditioning was not powerful enough for the warm weather, so it was quite hot for sleeping (and it was too noisy outside to have the window open). We were delayed leaving the car park as the electric gates became stuck!
