It was cute outside
It wasn’t in a nice area, riff raff outside, loud, dirty, rundown looking in parts. People just hanging around loitering almost.
Had a great stay, very attentive staff ans comfortable rooms.
The rooms had aircon in the extreme heat, rooms were big and iron was in the wardrobe
The shower curtain was a disaster and flooded the bathroom anytime you used it
only a 10 min walk from the station the staff were amazing Trudi was really helpful. easy check in and check out
it was terrible dirty in the rooms, aisles, breakfast everything

Lift wasn’t working at the time
Great hotel in a great location for us to get to a gig at Wembley Stadium. The underground parking was also a real plus point too, albeit there aren’t a huge number of spaces.
The pub connected to the hotel was great too, and very reasonably priced drinks!
Nothing ‘bad’ as such, but some parts of the hotel are definitely due a bit of a ‘refresh’, but all in all it does what it says on the tin so complaints from us!
The only real gripe is that it was quite pricey for a 1-night stay (nearly £200) but I guess that’s London for you!

- pas de climatisation dans la chambre malgré le fait que je sois allée les voir plusieurs fois pour les prévenir du problème mais rien n’a changé, un technicien est venu une fois mais n’a pas su réglé le problème et un autre devait venir mais il n’est jamais venu.
- vitres extérieures extrêmement sales et remplies de fientes de pigeon.
- pas de prises proches du lit et sur les deux seules présentes une seule fonctionnait (chambre pour 4 personnes)

Staff were friendly
Room wasn’t ready when we got there an hour after specified check in time. We were told someone was checking something in the room.
Room smelled of smoke.

It was very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and nice! There is a metro station that is easy accessible with the bus, the but ride takes about 4 minutes. From there you get to the kilburn station which takes you everywhere through London!
Reception are is lovely, big open space.
Not very clean, food and crockery dropped on the bottom of the stairs early evening, staff walking up and down the stairs all night walked around broken bits of crockery and ketchup and other bits of food rather than cleaning it up.
The location was good for what I needed
The rooms and hallways smelt like sick, or where something has been spilled and not cleaned correctly. The shower also didn’t work correctly
Very friendly staff on check in, nice relaxed atmosphere. Large comfy room, the best black out curtains. Great supply of tea/coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was a last minute booking but would definitely stay there again. Great rail/bus links to Gatwick & Luton
The bath sides are a bit high for getting in and out of the shower. I'm extremely fit, someone with lesser fitness/agility would struggle, but lovely bathroom, lots of room
We had a good experience and slept well.
We did not have any tea of coffee in the room, so when we got back and in the morning would have liked to have a hot drink.
Ideal location for seeing Harry Styles at Wembley.
Requested an early check in which unfortunately we didnt get but that’s ok.
Room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was beautiful.
The room view, requested a high floor room with a view bur was placed on ground floor overlooking a wall (room 222)
