It's a scam! They use the hotel name but it's managed by a third party and NOT hotel standard.

Nothing!

Cons:

The place is a scam! You book a hotel and you get a private apartment managed by a third party. You cannot check in until this other company sends an authorization to the reception. The housekeeping is not hotel standard. The bed sheets and towels are not from the hotel. The key to the apartment is not from the hotel. I will never stay there again!
