Good location and price
Pros:

The location was very good. Close to things we wanted to do. Good price for the area.

Cons:

It can be a very noisy area at night with cars and motorcycles revving their engines. The rooms are adequate but slightly dated.

Would stay again:) Wallace is the best!
Pros:

We love the location and price. We also love to see Wallace’s smiling face! He is a 5 star employee! Friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Pool was not open or rooftop deck this stay, which we always enjoy. Rooms could use some updating (carpet especially, some stains on chairs etc.) but for the price it’s ok.

Great location, helpful staff, very noisy, not for light sleepers.
Pros:

The location was amazing, close to the river and downtown, and one street away from bars and restaurants. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. They let us keep our bags at the hotel before and after our stay for a few hours. The restaurant under the hotel wasn’t bad either.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, and our room was by the ice machine. I would suggest a sign on the machine to not use after 11 pm or so, because it is jarringly loud and can wake you up even with ear plugs. You can hear neighbors through the vents, and like any big city the traffic is very loud outside. Also I appreciate the cleaning staff, but they started cleaning at 8/9 in the morning and the vacuuming will wake up and people wanting to sleep in.

Would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

The location was alright

Cons:

It was warm outside for temperatures and when we came in the motel, the elevators and hallways were extremely hot and musty smelling. The air conditioner in our room was like sleeping next to a locomotive. For paying close to $400 a night for a room that should have been worth about $100 and then charge $50 a day on top to park our car at the hotel, I guess it’s the American way, rob ya blind!

Pros:

Great location. Easy to find and walk around to/from. Clean.

Cons:

The rooftop is closed at 10pm, which in the summer time means you get an hour to see the city at night up there. I wish they would keep it open longer in the summer. Also, would like a mini fridge in the rooms

I would come back!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Front desk people were nice, but the other workers were above and beyond. One kind man walked me to my room.

Cons:

Only problem was the hot elevators. But it was 100 the days there.
