Top Hotel
Pros:

Jordan and the staff were exceptional. Took a minute to listen and try and help woth accoms. Your tribulations and poignant information aboit the area and surrounds.
Thanks making it a great stay. Wish it had been the whole time in chicago.
Footnote to the other front desk gentleman who went out his way to accommodate my left luggage amongst the masses already there.

Pros:

Amazing staff! Great location! Beautiful views from the pool/deck! Restaurant downstairs was absolutely delicious!

Cons:

The pull out bed in room 644 needs to be fixed! When we pulled it out to use it, it was all bent in at the head of the bed.

Nice downtown location for a reasonable price with helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff was really helpful and nice. They have a rooftop patio that I enjoyed in the morning and a pool(I didn't have time for that). Just on the edge of River North, a great area for food and fun. My thing was price and Chicago is expensive but this was the most reasonable for being downtown.

Cons:

Room was clean but had a scent that was different. Area was on the edge but I felt safe.

Pros:

The pool and rooftop.

Cons:

The staff gave me conflicting information, the restaurant charged me more than my bill initially, parking was way too expensive, the layout is confusing and elevators are tiny.
