I was so disappointed because I make the booking but was cancelled due to the apartment issues.
Pros:

The points applied was due to the fact that we actually did not stay in the apartment.

Cons:

Cannot say because we are not allow to stay in the hotel.

Pros:

Muy limpio todo. Anfitrión amable. Habitación pequeña pero suficientemente amplia para dos personas. Toallas incluidas. También había adaptadores de corriente y otros cables disponibles. Hay cocina bastante equipada aunque nosotros no la usamos. Al lado de un Lidl y un Tesco que cierran muy tarde, además de muchos restaurantes que cierran de madrugada. No hay metro, ni tren cerca, pero si una parada de autobús al lado que te lleva al centro.

Cons:

Los colchones estaban bastante blandos, alguno se hundía dependiendo de la zona. La ducha solo echaba agua helada o hirviendo.

Pros:

The apartment is a great base to stay on the outskirts of London. The room was comfortable and airy. Check-in was easy and well-explained.

Cons:

We couldn't get any hot water for the shower, despite following the instructions carefully.

Location was good - not far from downtown and not far from London City airport. Host was very nice.

Nice, cosy room close to Eastern Central London
Pros:

I booked the place almost a year in advance, so all I knew was that the place is affordable and relatively close to Central London. The place is situated in a nice neibourghood. The room had 2 comfy beds, access to a shared bathroom + a functional & shared kitchen. The owner was very helpful and supportive. There were lots of grocery shops around at walking distance (Lidl, Tesco etc.). Bus access was 5 minutes away, metro access around 12 minutes away. I would come back again.

Cons:

I don't remember if the announcement mentioned a shared bathroom, but as I reserved it ages ago, my memory could have just be not that great. I would have prefered to have a private bathroom, especially since the neighbours sometimes forgot to close the door, but the place was clean so it was OK in the end. Second, some AC would have worked wonders - outside temperatures were 30 degree Celsius and higher during the days. I understand it is not frequent, but - global warming & stuff, it probably be more frequent in the future.

Host è stato fantastico per accoglienza e consigli su come muoverci, indicazioni ecc. Molto molto ospitale. Grazie

Cons:

Se devo trovare un difetto direi solo la camera un pò caldina. Senza ventilatore acceso non si dorme con questo caldo..neanche a Londra

Not my first choice but ok for a short stop in a budget. Host was very nice
Pros:

Adequate room inside a house in a quiet estate 5 minutes walk from several very busy bus routes into Central London. Limehouse DLR is walkable or two stops on a bus
