飯店地點很好，購物跟超商很方便。
Pros:

飯店地點非常方便，步行可到附近商店街。
早餐飲料區提供現打奶昔很好喝。

Cons:

櫃檯人員服務普通，沒有很親切。
連續入住早餐菜色都一樣，沒有變化，餐台有些凌亂。
電梯在巔峰時間要等很久。
連續入住四晚，房間有被漏掉打掃….有失專業。
馬桶周圍時不時會聞到水管或是排水孔臭味。

Everything is great
Pros:

I love everything on this hotel.
It’s a convenient place to explore Kobe, Hyogo.
I like the complete set of amenities in my room. The staffs are polite and the food is great 👌 I should definitely come back once I go back to Kobe again. Arigato :)

Pros:

まずは立地。これはとても良いです。
毎年この時期の旅行の目的として
最高の立地です。
あとは空調調整が細かく出来てありがたいです。それと上下のパジャマの着心地の良さは最高!自宅で着たいくらいです。

Cons:

部屋に常設の時計がないことです。
いちいちTVを付けたり、スマホ見たりと
面倒でした。
時間を忘れてリラックス…という意味かもですが、デジタルでもアナログでもいいので時計があって欲しかったです。

在三宮中央街旁，有很多商店餐廳，對面就有7-11和laswson. 房間很大整間酒店很潔淨，十分滿意

基本上沒有，硬要挑的話升降機必定停2樓所以經常走錯
