A comfortable and classy option for your stay in Kobe.
Pros:

It was convenient, clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

At breakfast rush-hour, the staff can get a little behind with the upkeep of the buffet. On one occasion, the buffet had no chopsticks for about 15mins, which was inconvenient for a number of guests. However, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Great position in the city close to all venues for shopping eating and short walk to the Sannomiya railway station.
As with all Daiwa Hotels I’ve stayed with, the staff at this hotel are excellent. Very professional and helpful. A big thank you to all who work there.
