Avoidable
Pros:

Overpriced property with poor service and disappointing hospitality.

We travelled as a family of four with two children and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite making our reservation and paying in advance, we were given rooms on different floors, which was highly inconvenient for a family travelling with children.

The rooms themselves were not up to the expected standard, particularly considering the price. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay.

What was even more disappointing was the attitude and responsiveness of the staff. They appeared poorly trained in handling customer requests and lacked the basic understanding of good hospitality and customer service. Our concerns were not handled with the level of attention or urgency one would expect from a property charging such prices.

Overall, the experience did not justify the price we paid. There are several better options available in the same location that offer better service, comfort, and value for money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property, particularly for families.

Great valuable stay at Ramada!
Pros:

Great space in the room and even with additional mattress, it was still spacious. Toilets were spacious. Clean and comfy and great location.
