We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the “Oriental” room, which is quite small, but incredibly cozy and beautifully designed. The Oriental room has a beautiful Eastern-inspired design with elegant ornamental details and mosaic-style decorations that create a truly unique atmosphere. I especially loved the bathroom, which features a small pool decorated with beautiful Asian-inspired ornaments, making the space feel truly special and relaxing.
What makes this hotel even more unique is its atmosphere - you can also feel the spirit and history of the 90s here. The hotel is filled with interesting souvenirs and vintage details that make the whole experience feel like a journey through time.
The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful part of the old town, while still being very close to the city center. Cleanliness and service were absolutely excellent. We would definitely love to come back again.

Pros:

Aardig personeel, fijne ligging in een wat rustiger deel van de stad maar wel dichtbij het drukkere deel, makkelijk te lopen. Faciliteiten helemaal in orde, niks op aan te merken :)

В принципе все понравилось, было очень чисто, комфортно, вежливый персонал, выполняющий любую просьбу. Номер не очень большой, но все распланировано очень удобно. Нам было очень комфортно там проживать.

Cons:

Не скажу, что не понравилось, немного ввело в недоумение. В рекламе было написано, что есть завтраки за отдельную плату. А оказалось, что они только летом, когда отель полный.

Pros:

Персонал, все очень хорошие, улыбчивые и старались всё сделать по нашей просьбе. За что спасибо им огромное. При заезде в номере было 2 бутылочки воды, бутылка вина, два пакетика с чаем и несколько кусочков сахара. Чайник, большой телевизор. Отопление хорошее, был и кондиционер. Халат и тапочки были, зубная паста и щётка одноразовые. И в конце получили ещё бутылку вина, из-за многих проблем, что у нас были. В целом было тихо, дворик красивый и трасса общая.

Cons:

Мы сняли самый дорогой номер с джакузи на 5 ночей. Была постоянно проблема с горячей водой. Нам объяснили, что ещё заехали в два номера жильцы и у них есть большие ванны, по этому нужно подождать ещё полчаса, может появиться горячая вода. Горячей воды небыло утром и вечером. Джакузи пользовались несколько раз, мы сняли этот номер специально из за него, что бы отдохнуть, после прогулки. За день до отъезда выяснилось ,что дверь не закрывается, то есть она захлопывается, но при нажатии на ручку, открывается. Сейф не работал, холодильник очень маленький, балкон тоже маленький. Поменяли полотенца один раз самостоятельно. Кульки для мусора меняли. Но больше не убирали, сказали нет уборщицы. Полотенца и шампуни давали по просьбе.

Die Lage ist super, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.... Die Idee mit den verschiedenen Zimmern gut gemacht..

Alles OK, 2 Steckdosen waren defekt.. Aber sonst nix negatives
