Good Quality Hotel

Cons:

I arrived late in the evening, around 10 PM, very tired after a long day. Unfortunately, the reception process was extremely slow, and the staff also seemed tired and not welcoming.

My experience with the reception staff was disappointing overall. When I asked simple questions, the employees responded in an argumentative manner instead of being helpful.

What surprised me the most was being told, “If you do not like the service, you can stay in another hotel.” I believe this is not an appropriate or professional way to communicate with guests.

I hope the hotel management will pay attention to customer service and improve the attitude, professionalism, and efficiency of the reception staff for future visitors.

A very calm and relaxing experience
Pros:

Awesome
One night stay, very lovely modern and close to the airport. Great soundproofing too. Staff very polite and friendly

Cons:

Nothing around really by way of restaurants but that’s to be expected. But there’s a nice restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t have dinner there. I just ordered food

Good place to stay by the airport..
Pros:

The beds are mega comfortable and the rooms are lovely, showers great and very clean. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. Parking is good and its close to the airport.

Cons:

The pool was not open until June 1st, which I understand, however I was very disappointed that the whole roof terrace was closed as it was a hot day and we would have like to sit outside and relax. The check in was a.slow process due to IT issues when we tried to pay, so in the end one person paid for all 3 rooms, which was not our preference. It was also annoying to have to pay for snacks at the reception which was busy and not the bar.
