Room and price! Shower was very slow at draining and found out why when I removed the plug, I felt physically sick ! Bed sheet did not fit the bed and duvet cover was ‘rubbed up’ and rough, and pillows were hard and lumpy . We paid £229 for one night in a double room- disgraceful!! Would not recommend to anyone and won’t ever return. Hence to say we didn’t eat breakfast here !!!!

Decent enough and an excellent location, but needs some investment to upgrade it.
Pros:

Breakfast fine. Location excellent - rooms with great views over North Bay are worth booking.
Staff friendly.
Room compact, but comfortable enough.

Cons:

Hotel looks a little faded and outdated. Some cleaning and renovation work needed. The bathroom ceiling in my room was peeling, stained and cracked and looked unpleasant - room need repainting.

Everything except for the location.

Breakfast was the worst breakfast we've ever had!! There was barely anything to eat except for toast & a little bit of cereal. They did a cooked breakfast, but it was inedible. Beans were dry, poxy fried eggs, hash browns looked dreadful & the bacon looked dreadful too. Sausage did look ok, but didn't try it as it wasn't worth bothering with.

We've stayed in loads of places even abroad & this was terrible! 1 out of 10.

And we got charged £6 for parking! NEVER EVER been charged for parking in my whole life.

Nice friendly staff

Cons:

Should be a sign for people to be quiet after a certain time as it was very loud after midnight. Bath was a bit dirty and stiff shower handle had troubles turning it off.

Pros:

We loved the location and sea views. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bar was excellent to sit and have a drink late on. The room was beautiful and comfortable, got an excellent night's sleep. Would definitely re-book

- Gute Lage (ca. 20min Fußweg vom Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 10min Fußweg zum Strand/Promenade)
- Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit
- Vergleichsweise günstig

Cons:

- Zimmer hellhörig
- Frühstück hat recht wenig Auswahl
- Ungewohnt: Waschbecken war in meinem Zimmer neben dem Bett, getrennt von der Dusche und Toilette
