We always enjoy it at the norbreck, it's always our first choice, staff really friendly and so helpful

Poor nights sleep. We were in room 210, presume staff were above or maybe another guest but could hear the loud tv and walking back and forth above room all night and switching on taps/ water usage every 10 seconds.
If I stayed again I would request not that room, or side of hotel as very poor nights sleep due to constant noise above.

It's a decent hotel, needing investment or likes of Caledonian travel using it.
Breakfast was very poor. Very greasy and not very hot
Room carpet was dirty not hoovered. Marks n stains from previous guests. Bathroom was unclean very dirty

The bar was open late, breakfast was good for choice.
Bed was uncomfortable, room very hot with no fan available and only 1 pillow, felt very dated and very well used
