Room was great but the food service let it down

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was of poor quality and service was poor. Food at breakfast was good but again service was poor

Busy Hotel especially when Bus Trips stop over for the night
Pros:

Everything was OK, nice allocated room, staff very helpful and willing.

Cons:

Three bus trips were using the Hotel at the same time as ourselves. Dining room crowded and noisy.

Pros:

Erg mooie locatie, maar erg verouderd. Kamer was lang geleden schoongemaakt en overal lag een dikke laag stof. Ontbijt was oke maar geen verse producten. Geschikt voor minder validen.

Lovely clean & comfortable hotel good for a traveling stop off going north or south.
Pros:

Old hotel with a bit of wear and tear, but you can tell it was top notch in its heyday. Despite this, the hotel is kept very well, very clean, and our room was lovely and had modern/new fittings. Lots of parking and a perfect location on our way south from the Highlands.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Charming old building. Nice staff. Pretty location. Lobby had cool art and interesting history stuff to look at. We wanted to stay in quiet little places and this town was exactly that.

Cons:

Old. Clean but still dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Bland rooms. Weird smell in hallways. Lots of coach tour bus groups. We were over the kitchen vent so it was noisy and smelled like ham. Hot in the rooms.

Čudovita izkušnja, zgodovinski hotel, prijazno osebje, prijetna soba, odlično izhodišče.
Pros:

Osebje nas je sprejelo z nasmehom in nam z veseljem pomagalo. Hotel ima poseben zgodovinski čar, zato je bila izkušnja bivanja nekaj drugačnega in zanimivega. Soba je bila prijetna. Lokacija, super izhodišče za nadaljnja potovanja. Priporočam.

i booked hotel they took my money we were 3 family with kids and once we reached there they said its been canced we drove 3 hours to the hotel and its 8 pm night i coudnt find any hotel even booking .com they didnt canceled when i called them that tine 9 pm they canceld from app this is very disgusting and poor service and i coudent find any room at all so have to go perth and found 4 room only .

Super Zimmer, trotz Halbpension ausswärts gegessen

Schönes grosszügiges und neu renoviertes Zimmer

Cons:

Das Nachtessen war schrecklich und es gab ausser Leitungswasser nichts zu drinken. Die Bar scheint schon längere Zeit außer Betrieb zu sein.
