Nefunkční vstupni eklíč, pro pomoc otevřit nikdo nebral telefon, po čekani v zimě volali zpět a musel jsem otevřit kolárnu pomocí pinu kde na židly byla moje čipova karta pokoje, moc dobře věděli že to nufunguje ale nedali vědět,Prach pod postelí, netekla voda, zima na pokoji, nejde nastavit teplota pokoje, stále stejna snídaně

Mooie plek, klein en complete kamer met fietsenstalling. Zou het alleen zonder ontbijt bestellen.
Pros:

Prima locatie, kleine efficiente en praktisch ingerichte kamer, schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt werd de eerste dag netjes voor de deur gezet en was goed.

Cons:

We verbleven twee dagen en op de tweede dag is het ontbijt niet bezorgd, terwijl we dat wel besteld hadden en vooraf voor betaald hadden. Hebben hier meteen contact over opgenomen, maar voor diezelfde dag kon er niets meer geregeld worden en het geld zou aan ons worden terugbetaald. Dit is tot op heden niet gebeurd, ondanks meerdere verzoeken en berichten. Dit vinden wij niet niet correct.

Luxe torenkamer met een prachtig uitzicht over de gracht en winkelstraat.
Pros:

De torenkamer was voortreffelijk. Een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.

Cons:

Er was geen douchegel en shampoo aanwezig. En de vloer van de wc was ronduit stoffig. Magnetron stonk bij gebruik.

Locatie, zeer schoon, goed bed, en gratis parkeren (buiten stadswal = 5 minuten lopen)

Cons:

Voor mij persoonlijk is een synthetisch dekbed niet fijn, maar is voor de meesten denk ik geen punt.

Cons:

Het contact met de accomodatie.
Ik heb diverse berichten gestuurd via de chat op Booking.com. Daar is echter nooit op gereageerd.
De wensen waren wel ingewilligd.

Na de eerste nacht is er niet schoongemaakt. Op zich geen probleem. Maar er lag een handgeschreven briefje dat er elke dag schoongemaakt zou worden.
