Wonderful home in great location
Pros:

Gitte was very kind and helpful and a host with a beautiful clean well kept home who gets you settled in your accommodation fast and with ease. Just stay for one night but I will definitely recommend this wonderful location if ever you are spending time in Orpington. Many thanks to the most gracious host

Pros:

Wonderful spacious room, practically furnished and equipped with everything guests need. Kind and responsive hostess. Location in a quiet, clean and green neighborhood, with a convenient bus connection to Orpington station.

Although there is a private bathroom located on the upper floor, an unpleasant surprise is the serious problem with the very low water pressure, which creates a serious difficulty and excessively extends the time for its use by guests.

Pros:

I enjoyed a 1.3 mile walk from the station to the property and the family were very welcoming. I was able to also walk to my daughter's property so the location was perfect. A local food store was helpful.

Nice and quiet, very helpful for the work trip.
Pros:

Very nice room with good facilities.
The landlady kindly let me stay past the nomal check out time, so I could get some preparation done, for my work visit. This was enormously helpful.

Some instructions on how to find it would have been helpful.

Pros:

It was such a comfortable bed. Very welcoming. Quite area.
Children very polite when passing on the stairs. And complete privacy.

Cons:

My only issue was the shower screen wasn't very clean and the shower treacled it this was OK I would easily give a 10
