Pros:

Friendly staff and good service. We booked 4 rooms & all were upgraded during check In. Very comfortable rooms with nice views. Each rooms came with 2 toilets/shower which was convenient for my group. Breakfast was nice too. Glad to have chosen this hotel.

Pros:

夜雨が降るからとオートバイを屋根のある駐車場にとめさせてもらいました。こうゆうちょっとした事が印象に残りますね。

Cons:

朝食ですが、中国人の団体さんと一緒になりゆっくり食べれませんでした。少し時間差を作ってもらいたかったです。

Wonderful and would stay again
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable, and it was close to all the places we wanted to see. We walked to temple and the garden.

Pros:

①以前にも利用したことがあるが、館内がリニューアルされて明るく感じられ、
廊下や室内のインテリアがシックでモダンな感じになっていた。
②尾山神社や玉泉院庭園が近く、朝に散歩ができる。

Cons:

バスルームの床に一点シミ、あるいは傷？があり、小さなものだけに修理しておいて欲しい。

Hotel muito bom com ótimo preço!
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto, café da manhã, localização, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos

Cons:

Sendo bem chata os travesseiros não eram muito bons, mas é o padrão japonês. De resto tudo maravilhoso!

Lovely place to stay in Kanazawa walking distance from all of the sight seeing and food!
Pros:

Lovely place to stay in Kanazawa - we wish we had more than one night! Hotel staff were very helpful in sending our bags to our next hotel. We also got upgraded to a nicer room which is always a positive.

Cons:

The bar is currently being refurbished which I’m sure will be great once opened.

Todo. Habitación súper amplia y muy bien equipada. La ubicación excelente a 15 minutos andando de todos los puntos turísticos importantes. El personal muy amable y nos resolvieron todas las dudas perfectamente.

Excellent service!
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a huge room with a separate dressing room and bathroom. The beds were big and very comfortable. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle for tea. Breakfast was delicious, served in the beautiful restaurant on the top floor, overlooking the temples and greenery. We were treated to wine and soft drinks during happy hour. The staff was very, very friendly. Overall, we felt very special. Thank you for such excellent service.

Lovely team, lovely welcome with a smile,
- location at it's best, easy to walk to most of city's attractions
- room was large and comfort.
Breakfast was OK not more than that , if you eat Asian breakfast

Hotel is old and need renovation,
you feel it all around. was too pricy due the holidays.
