Perfekt für Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken und nach dem Check-out unser Gepäck noch im Gebäude lassen. Die Lage ist super zentral, mitten im Geschehen.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.

L'appartement rénové, literie comfortable.

Cons:

La communication horrible, limite harcèlant avec la hôte. Aucun information sur la procédure d'arrivé. La hôte a décidé de prendre le paiement sur la carte banquière, or j'ai réservé cet appartement seulement parce que c'était indiqué lorsque la réservation "paiement sur place" et, donc, on voulais payer en cash sur place. Sois disant on est arrivé tard ! Ce n'est pas mon problème que pour qn c'est tard. Il faut indiquer tout ça dans votre description que en cas d'arriver tardive le paiement sera prélevé sur la carte. Dans ce cas, on aura pas réservé ce logement. Préparé vous se laver avec une main, car le douche est cassé. La clim est très bruyant, ainsi que l'environnement en bas, pas possible ouvrire les fenêtres. PAS d'assenseur ! Pour 5ème étage !

Alles in allem sehr schön und angenehm!
Pros:

Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer.
Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral. Viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt auch Vergünstigungen im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht wirklich was aus zu setzen.

Pros:

Superó mis expectativas. Está en una zona peatonal pero no tuvimos problemas para hacer 200 m con las maletas. Es una habitación con baño y una zona de estar, y está bien equipada, teníamos cafetera y una heladera pequeña. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha con excelente presión de agua, además incluye limpieza diaria. La zona es muy activa pero está muy bien aislado acusticamente. La verdad es que lo elegí por el precio y la ubicación y superó mis expectativas.

Die Lage ist Super.

Wie ich an den Schlüssel komme.
Schade das diese Info komplett fehlt.
Nach meinem Anruf bei der angegebenen Nummer bekam ich eine Watzup mit der Info daß die Dame gleich kommt. Das sollte bekannt sein dann kann man sich auch darauf einstellen daß man die Nr per Watzup kontaktieren soll.
Der Rest war toll.
Die Lautstärke auf der Straße war bis 23 Uhr nicht gut. Durchgehend laute Trommel Geräusche aus der Musikbox vor der Unterkunft. In der früh lautet Geräusche vom Schirme öffnen und Tische rücken in der Pizzeria vor dem Eingang.( 7:30)

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer nur ein paar Meter von der Piazza dell’Unità entfernt.
Wasserkocher neben der Kaffeemaschine ist eine gute Sache.

Cons:

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt geht zumindest im Juli mit einer extremen Lärmbelästigung bis tief in die Nacht einher. Die Fenster halten den Lärm nicht ab. Das passt nur, wenn man taub ist oder mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen kann.
Leselampen am Bett fehlen.
