Pros:

Kitchen suite room was clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff member checking me in was clueless. He gave the wrong room keys to the guest in front of me. She went to her room and was back at the desk interrupting my check in 2 minutes later because the keys he gave her was to an occupied room and she literally opened the door to someone else’s room and they were in there. I travel with a lot of money and jewelry so that is not comforting. The guy checking me in was also was cursing several times and just not professional.

Great stay at a great location near the airport.
Pros:

Ease to air port with shuttle service however it stops at 11pm. Our flight landed 12am so Uber was needed.

Cons:

Shuttle not available 24 hours and no one available by phone for a pickup.

Very short but perfect after a not so perfect day.
Pros:

We were headed to NYC on SW Airlines when we were diverted to Baltimore and the flight was cancelled. Went on Booking.com and found this hotel and booked two rooms. Got there close to 11pm and found the room, beds and hotel very clean and comfortable. Took the train early the next morning before breakfast was served and staff made us a bag of snacks to take with us.

Cons:

It wasnt a dislike but because I booked through Booking.com, one room and check in was easy and the second took the clerk a while to get it to go through but he managed and we were off to our comfortable room. I had also booked a king room and received 2 queen's but honestly we liked that better.
