Very short but perfect after a not so perfect day.
Pros:

We were headed to NYC on SW Airlines when we were diverted to Baltimore and the flight was cancelled. Went on Booking.com and found this hotel and booked two rooms. Got there close to 11pm and found the room, beds and hotel very clean and comfortable. Took the train early the next morning before breakfast was served and staff made us a bag of snacks to take with us.

Cons:

It wasnt a dislike but because I booked through Booking.com, one room and check in was easy and the second took the clerk a while to get it to go through but he managed and we were off to our comfortable room. I had also booked a king room and received 2 queen's but honestly we liked that better.

I stayed in a king suite with 2 kids ages 11 and 15. Breakfast was great, staff friendly, shower was top tier.

Pros:

Staff was persistent in solving an issue but did not resolve satisfactory.

Cons:

Hyatt house overbooked and ended up giving me an alternate room than what I had reserved. The hotel then had complications refunding me the difference and sent it to the wrong card even though I had clearly explained I wanted my refund returned to the debit card they charged the room to (which was also charged prematurely as I selected to pay at the property and should have been able to have the room confirmed prior to being charged).

Front desk staff were less than professional and a fire alarm disrupted our stay causing us to have to leave the premises in the cold late at night ruining our stay and relaxation. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience and staff was unpleasant and unprofessional in their response.

Left early, before breakfast opened.

Cons:

Microwave in the room didn't work, and the coffee pot smelled like coffee and wasn't suitable for heating water for tea. I was tired - I just didn't bother with the tea, which I am accustomed to having. The desk person was apologetic. I was in the room from 9 PM to 4 AM, and there wasn't a thing that he could do about the microwave other than to offer a different room, which I declined since I had already unpacked.
