Pros:

Die Lage und die Individualität des Hotels ist sehr schön

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht unterschiedlich groß, man muss darauf achten bei Buchung eines Doppelzimmers auch ein ausreichend großes Bett zu bekommen.

Für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe zum Schloss Nymphenburg, eine gute Option.
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber dafür direkt am Schloss Nymphenburg, wo man wunderschön spazieren gehen kann.
Das Hotel selbst ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.

Das Personal beim checkin war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer enthalten antike Möbelstücke, was grundsätzlich eine gute Idee ist, aber ansonsten sieht man das eine Renovierung erforderlich wäre bzw. es fehlt eine harmonische Note. Auch die Luft im Zimmer war nicht sehr frisch. Auch die Elektro Geräte für die heißen Tage sahen etwas mitgenommen aus.

Wir hatten das Zimmer für Gäste reserviert, die leider nicht anreisen konnten, leider war die Buchung ohne kostenlose Stornierung, aber auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel war aus Kulanz leider nichts zu machen, was wir etwas schade fanden, weil bei einer Anreise ja auch die Reinigungskosten etc. zum Beispiel entfallen.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Schloss Nymphenburg ist perfekt. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für so ein kleines Hotel sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Bett war viel zu klein für zwei und qualitätsmäßig leider nicht toll.
Und im Bad die Lüftung ging eigentlich nicht und die Heizung ganz verrostet.

Perfektes Stadthotel für einen Kurz-Trip nach München
Pros:

Nettes kleines individuelles Stadthotel mit super netten Servicepersonal. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück, das für ein 3 Sterne Hotel außergewöhnlich war.

Sehr ruhig, sehr freundlich, super gelegen - very good value for the money!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegtin einer sehr schönen, ruhigen, durchaus gehobenen Wohngegend und in Fußweite sowohl des Hirschgartens als auch von Schloß Nymphenburg. Es war sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Personal super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit => (very) good value for the money

Cons:

Man könnte argumentieren, dass das ein oder andere in dem Hotel renoviert werden könnte ... aber ganz ehrlich, es war sauber, nichts war kaputt ... und nach einer Renovierung wären die Preise sicher nicht mehr dieselben. So don't change anything :-)
