La ubicación es perfecta y la atención del equipo fue inmejorable. Nos trataron muy bien y estuvieron atentos a todo lo que necesitamos y nos recomendaron muy bien.

La struttura è bellissima e se dovessimo tornare tornerei sicuramente qui. La gentilezza, disponibilità e la struttura sono stupende. Non ho mai trovato persone in un hotel così gentili, l’albergo è pulito, confortevole, una piccola perla. Ci hanno consigliato benissimo cibo, trasporti e tutto ciò che abbiamo chiesto . Murat e Ercan sono delle bellissime persone, e’ raro trovare persone così. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Grazie mille, a presto

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially when booking excursions.
We travelled with children and they made me and my family feel at home.

É pequeno e aconchegante. Simples e confortável. Bastante espaço no quarto, chuveiro excelente. 20 metros pra baixo, vira a direita e está na Galata Tower, mais 150 no trem, metrô e balsas.

An amazing location, right in the heart of the Galata area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff, especially Morad and Esmile, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in assisting with restaurant reservations, recommending sites to visit, providing travel tips, and organizing transport to the airport. The rooms are very commfortable and spacious. They were very considerate in providing a small room for resting fter checkout considering we were not scheduled to go tot he airport until just after midnight.

The location was exceptional, as was the staff. We had a view of the Galata Tower from our rooms. The team there helped us with everything from booking a sunset cruise and Dervish show, to restaurant recommendations, neighborhoods to see, and transportation to & from the airport and various experiences. Top notch in every regard. We are a family of 4, with two college age sons and have traveled extensively.

This is a very special property right next to the Galata Tower, perfectly positioned to experience the wonders of Istanbul. This hotel has only 15 rooms and it feels like staying with a very well connected hospitable family - they know all the restaurants (Murat the manager's wife is a very well versed on the very best culinary highlights of the city - and nothing is to much trouble). The small cafe that sits over the street has superb La Marzocco and authentic Turkish coffee and is the perfect place to watch the world go by. It's rare that a hotel has a genuinely cool cafe - staff here are kind, cultured, interest and very Istanbul cool - the San Sebastian cheesecake, pastries and morning stuffed simit (Turkish bagel but better!). Rooms are beautifully appointed, excellent linens, fluffy towels and excellent daily housekeeping services too. Tea, nuts and fruits welcome you and at night the hotel is sublimely quiet. As anywhere in the city, you will hear the muezzin call to prayer but this is a magical later of life in Istanbul. The hotel also organised a brilliant guide for us to explore the main UNESCO sights. The perks of such a great location is that we were just around the corner from the divine Museum of Innocence, galleries, second hand stores and wonderful cafes and restaurants - and we could not get lost as the tower can be seen from anywhere in the city. The hotel is terrific but what makes World Galata is the team, the depth of service, understanding of true hospitality and going the extra mile. We saw all the fancy expensive hotels (and even had a drink at the Four Seasons) and it has nothing on the feeling of staying in the wonderful area of Galata.

Loved the location, great spot, very close to Galata tower, lovely restaurants and shopping. Their own coffee shop with 50% discount on all food and drinks was a great place to relax and people watch. Food was great. Staff couldn't have been more lovely or helpful. Rooms had beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, were spotlessly clean and little extra touches to make it a place I'd definitely recommend and come to again.
