The staff were lovely and friendly nothing was too much trouble they were very happy to help. Lovely courtyard areas to sit and enjoy the buffet breakfast or a glass of wine and relaxing chillout. They cook eggs to perfection. Kept beautifully clean.

Wir hatten die Excecutive Suite. Man sollte wissen das es zwei Suiten in dieser Kategorie gibt. Eine ganz neue und moderne Suite einige Häuser entfernt und eine im ursprünglichen Old Town Stil im Hotel. Die neue Suite hat uns nicht so gefallen obwohl dort alles sauber und war und es auch eine kleine Küche gab. Es gab aber keinen Schrank nur eine Kleiderstange und die Klimageräte sind am Boden direkt am Bett. Der Schlafraum klein eng und etwas stickig bei hohen Temperaturen. Wir den Old Town Stil mit allen damit verbundenen Eigenarten und haben deshalb gewechselt. Neben der älteren geräumigeren Suite steht ein Glockenturm mit sehr extrem lautem Geläut. Uns hat dies nicht gestört. Er läutet auch nur zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr unregelmässig. Kann aber nerven. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt wie auch der Service. Die Lage ist ansonsten ruhig inmitten der Altstadt.

Casa Moazzo is a charming place to stay. You will look out to their courtyard from your room. The feeling is totally Venetian. Our hosts were genuinely welcoming and willing to do anything to make our visit special.

The location in the old town was fantastic, really quiet in the evening. The building has lots of history and all the suites were a different design.
Nice sitting out area , with extremely helpful staff.
Breakfast has plenty of choice and it was great to sit in the courtyard.

Nous avons super bien aimé notre séjour à Casa Moazzo, car tout le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et la qualité du service et petit déjeuner sont exceptionnelles. En plus la situation géographique de l’hôtel permet de faire toute la visite de Rethymno à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette établissement.

Hôtel très agréable, calme, tout en étant très bien situé .
L accueil est parfait. Beaucoup d intentions très agréables : gateaux à l arrivée, bouteilles d eau , petits déjeuners de qualité.Personnels attentifs et souriants.

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and it was good to have brewed coffee! Staff was helpful, recommended restaurants and attentive. Location was excellent within old part of town.

Très bel hôtel prestations de qualité, emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville de Rethymnon tout en étant à proximité (5 mn à pied) d'un parking à 5 euros la journée.
Nous étions dans une des suites, la chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bains également avec une superbe douche.
Le personnel est tres gentil, le petit déjeuner excellent.
Nous recommandons à 100 %.

A beautiful historic building, with a detailed and very tasteful design that makes your vacation a dream. The interior courtyards, were you can drink a good wine, became in the evening the most beautiful place that does*t let you go to bed. I completely agree and there are no more words of praise compared to other clients regarding the hosts, the location and all the amenities. We benefited from everything we wanted: beauty,, hospitality, peace and just 10-15 minutes to a beautiful beach with fine sand.

The friendliest people work there, always smiling, ready for a chat, but also not pushing it. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. And the building with the garden just look amazing.

When we arrived we were greeted with refreshments and traditional Greek pastry and the receptionist told us about the city, what to see, where to go, where to eat. We also tried one of the restaurants that they told us and it was amazing. The second night of our stay we wanted to try another but it was completely full - I am sure it is really good.

One of the days we needed to leave earlier than the breakfast so they prepared a package for us to take - you could see it was made with love.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rethymno.
